There was a line of a few people and several sitting waiting to be helped. Not sure how long we waited to be seen, maybe an hour. The office needed a good floor cleaning! When we finally not in to the exam room the nurse seemed preoccupied when she took our vitals. When the doctor came in, he really wasn't too concerned with our flu symptoms and then suggested an inhaler for both of us. I don't know what I expected, but I left the office really now assured that I was getting better.

Went in coughing uncontrollably from acute bronchitis and I was seen within a few short minutes which made me very happy. I wasn't left sitting alone in an an exam room for ages like previous experiences I've had at other urgent care facilities; the medical staff were caring and very efficient and I was on my way in no time at all with the prescriptions needed to treat my symptoms and help start me on the road to recovery. I was very impressed by this NW Urgent Care location.

Utilized the online scheduling with ease, got in on time with no issues. Front staff was excellent and the medical staff was attentive and efficient. So much better than the ER!!

Got in and out fairly quick. Staff was nice. The only reason I didnu2019t give a 5 star was because I was in severe pain and the girl checking me in took a while because it was a new program. Not her fault but I was in pain!
