Definitely disappointed in my experience with the nurse practitioner. I was told that my symptoms I was experiencing were somewhat incorrect and I paid out of pocket and left with no help. Honestly, there wasnu2019t an effort made to help me. The lovely ladies in the front were absolutely amazing and beyond kind Even the nurses in the back were great. But I was very disappointed By the effort of care I received. I left the urgent care $110 less than what I arrived and received no help. I was told there could be many reasons why I donu2019t feel good and I should just keep an eye on it

I went in this morning very great front desk, very sweet, very helpful.nnNurses were great but the woman doctor was terrible and she doesnu2019t make much sense.nnI got tested for the flu and came back positive, a few hours later I send my husband because he starts showing symptoms.nShe prescribed me with theraflu, he went and got a positive test as well and told to just get through it and let it run its course because heu2019s out of the window.. the window per the nurse is up to 4 days and he just started showing symptoms but told him heu2019s passed the window for the prescription.nnShe said she only prescribed it to me because Iu2019m pregnant and my immune system isnu2019t as great. Okay I hear you but he lives in the same house and with our children. You prescribe one of us one thing and tell the other to pretty much tough it out.nnYou pay them your co pay insurance, you pay your tests to be done. But she gets to determine how heu2019s feeling.nnOh and they donu2019t prescribe theraflu for the flu? Iu2019m not sure how that makes any sense. I donu2019t write reviews often but she also was not very personable.nnI would just think twice before going there, they donu2019t seem to care to much on your well being.

I have been to the urgent care clinic in Grand Bay 3 times since they opened. The clinic is very clean. The wait time is short. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. I was treated by Dr. Rockwell. He was very nice, listened well, prescribed medication to help me get well. All in all I think the clinic is fantastic. I definitely recommend.

We just visited the new urgent care in Grand Bay. So thankful they were open on a Sunday! The new building is beautiful and we were welcomed by staff from our usual clinic. We were brought to a room so quick I barely had time to fill out our paperwork. We saw Justin Stokes. He took the time to sit down and listen to our concerns and made my little girl feel very comfortable. He talked to me and explained the reasons for her condition and told me how to help the symptoms. Overall, we had a 10/10 experience and will use them again in the future!
