Check in was super fast, not a long wait at all. The facility is clean. The NP Hallie was great! She diagnosed me with walking pneumonia which was a relief to finally have a diagnosis after being at the ER and them saying it was just a viral infection and not giving me anything. Iu2019m 15 weeks pregnant also so another urgent care wouldnu2019t even see me. Iu2019m super thankful for this facility and hope to feel better soon with my scripts she gave me.

Scheduling took less than 5 mins and I did it at 3 im the AM when I woke up hurting. Check in took 2 mins.. I just checked the insurance and health info text to me and the front service staff was friendly and courteous. She made sure my pharmacy info was correct and gave me extra updated copies of the VA coverage info needed from the dr to fill my script. The treatment team thanked me for my service and was professional and a sweetheart. She wished me well and was prompt and professional getting my vitals. The dr and nurse were both quick and professional and knew exactly what I needed. I was in and out in 20 mins but nothing was rushed. I get 2 shots and an antibiotic. They sent my stuff to the pharmacy and it was ready when I got there. 2 days later I feel 100%!!! Excellent and exactly what I needed to get ready for another busy week of work. u00a0I would recommend these folku2019s for veterans and anyone who can use them with their insurance. Iu2019m not sure the cash visit price but Iu2019m sure itu2019s worth it. They r the best dr Iu2019ve been too in years for urgent care.

If you are a veteran in the Attalla/Gadsden area, this is your non-medical emergency spot. I have only ever been to 2 immediate care locations in my lifetime, so I am not that experienced, but compared to the location I went to in Gadsden a couple of years ago in the Gadsden Walmart parking lot and this location. It's hands down 100x better. Friendly and helpful staff and the Doctor/nurse practitioner (not sure which) was a Veteran Medic from the Navy with enthusiasm for supporting vets. I highly recommend for Veterans.

Jim limbardo is phenomenal! He treated my mother with the utmost care . We will never forget him . Ive worked with him as a colleague and he has treated myself and my family . Hes always kind , quick and efficient ! I cant say enough kind things about him!
