I have been going to SureCare for a LONG time and have always had a good experience. The staff is very professional and the doctors really listen to you. My main doctor is Dr. Hoffman who is amazing. I have recommended them to quite a few people over the years and they have all had good experiences.

I was surprised at the negative reviews here, as my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ruff since about 2013, and have had all good experiences. He listens, takes time, and makes you feel like his only patient. The nurses have always ben wonderful. Iu2019ve been referred to onsite imaging and blood work - all great. Scheduling has never been a problem. Felt like I should share our positive experiences given everything here!

Donu2019t waste your time!!! Dr Avery is fantastic but the staff is absolutely horrible. Been going downhill for years. The office manager is a total POS. Rude and has no people skills. My family was dismissed from the practice after 25yrs with no prior warning or legitimate explanation.

Wonderful practice! Sarah Berg, PA is the most careful, thorough provider Iu2019ve ever met. Truly an angel on earth! (I saw Dr Smith my whole adult life. When he retired, I went to Sarah). Surecare has been efficient & organized my last few visits.
