Unfortunately, our vacation took an unexpected turn, requiring us to visit urgent care due to our child's trauma. The staff was incredibly helpful, bringing us in within 30 minutes for an X-ray. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we never felt rushed; they took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this facility, as their prices are reasonable, even for those without insurance.

I was seen at Southern Rapid Care after twisting my knee at the beach. Check in was easy as was evaluation/Xray before NP Julie Murphy checked my knee. She did an excellent job explaining the problem and advising care. I really appreciate the excellent care especially when out of town.

As much as I hate having to go to the doctor on vacation this clinic was incredible. Everyone was very nice and thoroughly answered any questions I had. Iu2019ve only been at Gulf Shores for a few days but due to the nausea and vomiting I was experiencing I havenu2019t been able to enjoy the trip much. Visiting this clinic has been the highlight of my trip so far. My nurse, Sydney, was especially supportive throughout the visit and if management is reading this then I assure you that whatever youu2019re paying her isnu2019t enough. Thank you all!

We had a great experience at Southern Rapid Care. Over the weekend our pediatrician's office was closed so we took our 17-month daughter to Southern Rapid Care. My husband and I were so impressed with her treatment. All of the staff were extremely friendly from check-in staff, to nurse, to doctor. Everyone was GREAT! They also had kid patient rooms that had art, toys, books, etc. This was such an unexpected treat as I usually have to carry all of these items when we do have to go to the doctor. Liz, was our Doctor, and she was amazing with our daughter and with us (the first-time parents). Liz was so sweet, personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly helpful! It is no fun seeing your little one sick but Southern Rapid Care made this as great of an experience as it could be under the circumstances for our whole family. I 100% recommend Southern Rapid Care!
