I have had to visit Southern Spine 2 time recently about my back and it was the best quick care service I had ever used. Fast and Friendly check in ,clean and well organized office and very helpful and knowledgeable staff I would recommend this to everyone.I definitely felt that I had received good medical care when I left this will be my u201c go tou201d place when k need medical services.

This experience here has been great. Iu2019ve never had more than a ten minute wait. The front desk is always so welcoming and helpful, always smiling. The massage therapists were amazing, talked me through all my issues. Dr. Register is gentle, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend that you contact Southern Spine for any medical needs.

Just went in today with my first severe ear ache.. I tried to push through it, but it was just irking me in every way...nnThey were fairly fast and professional. They answered any questions I could actually think of under the pain too (for a guy who hasnu2019t really been to the doctor other than a DOT physical in over 13 or so years). And made me feel confident in their treatment.nnI let them know I had I still had a budget, even though I had pretty good insurance, and the Doc got me treated fast! I was feeling better within about 4 hours.nnShe wasnu2019t really sure of the cost of the shots I agreed to to quicken the healing and ease the pain.nnI guess Iu2019ll find out in a couple of weeks!nnOverall great place to go.. more to come when I receive my bill! ud83dude02nnAll jokes aside, thanks guys!

I had high hopes because of the reviews but unfortunately I have to be the one to give a bad review. My first impression when I walked in was warm and welcoming by the front desk staff. She was genuine, nice, and very sweet. I set my appointment for 4pm and I arrived around 3:45pm. It wasnu2019t until 450pm or 5pm when I was pulled back to a room. I understand that things happen but all I seen were a bunch of staff members leaving and no communication to me about when I should expect to be seen.nFinally by 5:35pm I got fed up of waiting for nearly 2 hours and decided to reschedule because I wanted to give them another try but a friend of mines came back in and demanded answers on why it took two hours for me to get a room and then another 20 minutes to go by without being seen. The front desk staff said, u201cI mean if you wouldu2019ve went to phoebe it wouldu2019ve been a two hour wait.u201d ud83dude33 My response was, u201cwell I heard such great reviews about here I decided not to go to phoebe and try something I thought was better.u201dnnAs of now I decided I wanted to try and stick around again because I really needed to be seen for this cold and the time is now 5:51pm. I am highly disappointed and still have not been seen or treated. I was told itu2019s been an extremely busy day but as an ex-medical employee I must say that you still have to push thru and finish until itu2019s time to close. Please have another doctor stick around to help your family business keep your great reviews so that I can recommend you to my co-workers. Your reviews were outstanding and I expected more. I donu2019t think Iu2019ve ever been this disappointed with a family health center.

Amazing place, weu2019ll definitely be back. We were seen quickly by friendly and knowledgeable staff from triage to Sara on the medical side, and then Dr. Bradford Cotten. My husband came in excruciating pain and within 24 hours was 100% better!!! It was very convenient to have such a broad area of expertise there in one place. Definitely give them a try.
