A luxury of walking in without an appointment,and a minimal wait timenWas a game changer for menMary an absolute darling is the nurse practitioner !nShe is so passionate catering and addressing Womenu2019s health concerns with care and professionalism not to mention her winning smile from cheek to cheek!nI was in and out in no time as opposed to the alternative scheduling an appointment months in advance for a simple antibiotic should need benI speak with enthusiasm and firsthand experience with my dad having been a surgeon with his alma mater Harvard

I am not a person that writes reviews often, but unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered with a doctor. The staff was amazing but unfortunately, the doctor was not. As soon as he came in, I donu2019t know if he was just having a bad day, but he was very dismissive. He didnu2019t even give me a chance to tell him what I was feeling. He just dismissed it, and prescribe me a six dollar over-the-counter cream and was very sarcastic for no reason. I came in with the joy and peace so I know it was not me. He just kept rolling his eyes and was turning down everything that I said, I donu2019t wish that kind of treatment on anyone and I pray that he does better for the sake of his business practice and for the people that he are caring for. He probably was having a bad day, but I pray his day gets better and that he is more kind to his patients..

Dr. Gogu has been there for me and my family since we moved to San Antonio, Stone Oak, in 2005. The practice is not only an Urgent Care facility, but our Primary Physician. What is the best is that he knows our family intimately, and therefore his care is beyond measurable.

This Urgent Care Group provides Exemplary Customer Care Services they are available 7 days a week, very Thorough and Efficient about taking Care of Patients Concerns and Issues.nThe Support Team are very Professional and Friendly, Towards Patients and when interacting with each other.nThe Overall, Environment is very Cohesive itu2019s very Professional and Pleasant.nI enjoy the Experience, it made being sick feel a whole lot better because I felt I was in annEnvironment where people who really Cared.

This place is a masterclass in how not to run a medical office. I showed up 15 minutes early and still waited an hour and a half past my appointment timeu2014no explanation, no apology, just attitude from the front desk like I was the problem for expecting basic professionalism.nnTook labs, was told u201cresults tomorrow.u201d That was three days agou2014now theyu2019re guessing Friday? They clearly have no system, no communication, and no sense of urgency. Itu2019s like theyu2019re just winging it every day and hoping patients donu2019t notice.nnDr. Sudhiru2019s office is disorganized, careless, and frankly disrespectful. If you value your time, health, or sanity, go literally anywhere else. This place shouldnu2019t be treating patientsu2014it should be figuring out how to function first.
