I went to this clinic 3 days ago for a bad cough, sinus issues etc. They took a culture and a chest xray. I received a call regarding the xray the same night. But I never got a call back for the culture results. The nurse practitioner refused to give me an antibiotic, saying she had to wait on the results. I called and left a message - no response. Never going back there again.

At first surprised that office seemed empty, but excellent, attentive and considerate service followed. Had to return on weekday for xray, result by phone shortly after. High marks.

I came into this office due to an exposure incident at work, the front desk was very nice and thoroughly helped me through the process. I was very nervous about having my blood drawn, but the assistant was very reassuring, and I honestly didnu2019t feel a thing. Overall, everyone is very helpful, and kind and I didnu2019t have to wait to be seen. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in need for medical assistance.

Iu2019m not sure about this place to be honestu2026nI called around and they were the only ones that would see my 1 year old on a Saturday just to rule out RSV, Flu and other swabbed things. They said they would take as young as 6 months. To start, got there and gave him insurance card. And the insurance card says copay is $45. Well she than tells me itu2019s $80 for them due to their contract with BCBS which seemed sketchy to me. But my son was sick so whatever. Paid it and got called back. NP came and took his vital and had issues with getting a reading on his blood oxygen saturation levels. Because he has little fingers and their little clamp thing was to big. Figured they wouldu2019ve had the little one thatu2019s like a bandage that goes around a toe or finger of an infant/toddler since they told me they see as young as 6 months. Anyway, got that over with and the Dr came in. I will say she was very niceu2026but they all looked nervous to be looking at a 1 year old for some reason. She looked at his ears to make sure no ear infection, she says he has a lot of wax but looks good. Watching her do it tho, she barely got in his ear. Then she talked about swabbing and thatu2019s what we wanted. But then she proceeded to say they would have to mail the swab off for results. Which defeated the purpose of the reason we were there was to get a quick swab and test for different things in house. Like every other urgent care Iu2019ve ever been to and his pediatrician would do. Well we ended up taking him to his pediatrician Tuesday and they cleaned the wax out of his ears and he had a lot of fluid behind both ears so he had an infection that was pretty bad. And the same day I got a call back from the urgent care with results of a viral cold. And the his pediatrician swabbed him same day and got results of the same thing. That same visit. So, no I unfortunately donu2019t recommend this clinic and seems like sketchy money grab to me.

The best ever! Dr. Shklyar took time to listen in detail and took time to explain his plan and goals for my medical care. Dr. Shklyar was friendly and made me feel relaxed with talking openly with him. For sure this is the only place I will go for my medical care. JWL
