The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in making me feel comfortable with the process of checking in and made sure I knew what the cost would be as I was cash pay. I also truly felt blessed as the Doctor was very kind and really listened to my health concerns. She was able to set up a plan for me and made sure I understood the options available to help me get the most benefit out of my visit even trying to help set up a referral with a follow-up doctor! In the past 3 months Iu2019ve twice used the mobile check in and was seen quickly. The staff, nurse and physician were kind, attentive and patient. During the December visit, test results were reported back to me quickly, the physician and I discussed treatment options and I was on my way home within 45 minutes of arriving. Today I as treated kindly, professionally and with great care. Dr. Rodriguez-Ruiz is such an efficient, caring and kind person, who explains exactly what she is doing, always with the patients pain level and care top of mind. Excellent experience.

Quick visit with very little wait time. Everyone was very happy and kind the day of the visit. I felt my visit was thorough. aThe next day when they called with my test results, they told me things were normal but then no follow thru on how to address the issue of the swelling. Lab results might be normal but there was still swelling. The woman on the phone was of no help. When I asked what to do about the swelling, she responded, u201cCome see us in five days if itu2019s still an issue.u201d Itu2019s been an issue for over a week - thatu2019s why I came to see you in the first place. If youu2019re calling to give results then have a plan to tell the patient of whatu2019s going to happen next. I was just left hanging wondering what was wrong with me and feeling no resolution.

Whole staff is amazing. And Dr. Ruiz is the best. Iu2019d choose her over my primary care any day. Had X-ray done and it was quick with immediate results. I have had a great experience every time Iu2019ve gone!
