The staff was so rude. My nurse was rude and judgmental. He also didnu2019t communicate with the care provider why I was there. My care provider was insensitive, rude, judgmental, and treated me like I was stupid. She spoke so loud that everyone in the clinic could hear her. I heard her in the waiting room before I was seen and I could hear every word clearly. I also heard her talking to the rest of the staff outside of the room about me and speaking poorly about me. The front desk lady was unfriendly. I will never go to this urgent care again. There is no need to treat patients the way I was treated and thereu2019s absolutely no reason to ever make a patient feel judged or shamed.

We always have great service when we come here. It's nice having the option to schedule a time instead of going in and waiting forever. And the lady working at the front desk is awesome. Always polite and is funny. I had to call there today and she answered and was very polite.

Wouldnu2019t recommend! From the start I didnu2019t feel welcome or like Iu2019d be heard just be another issue walking in the door. Not how I wanna feel when I walk in somewhere for help. Also was told my Medicaid was inactive so I go online check itu2019s fully ACTIVE! So I took myself to an urgent care down the road who said they would be happy to see me and informed me my Medicaid was indeed active and I had nothing to worry about. So why lie to people who are there seeking help?? Why scare someone (who by the way has a heart condition) that their insurance they need is inactive when it wasnu2019t. Horrible people. Not sure what to say other than just avoid this place. Even the poor woman in the waiting room got attitude from the receptionist.. poor behavior I feel bad for those who walk through the door here to get u201chelpu201d if thatu2019s whatu2019s even given. Happy I wasnu2019t able to find out! If the front is that bad what does it say about the doctors behind those doorsu2026

Loved the lady that was behind the desk, she ended up doing my blood work super fast and efficiently! First a guy came in to take my blood and he wasnu2019t confident in himself, (that worried me) but after he tried the top of my hand, he failed. So sent in the girl behind the desk. She was a savor! Seriously!
