I love this new Urgent Care. This evening we had a great provider(Dan), and this was the second time with him. I will update my post with more names because, to be honest, I haven't had a bad experience with any of the staff there. The nurse that we had this evening young girl with dark hair always so kind. This evening I called 20 minutes before they closed to see if my daughter and I could still be seen. I would have understood if they had preferred me to come the next day..... the lady told me to come on in it was not a problem. We received excellent patient care, from the whole team.

I went to urgent care 30 minutes before they closed on Memorial Day for a puncture wound. The staff there were so lovely and welcoming, even though they were minutes away from being able to get out of there. The facility is bright and clean and they have great technology for checking in. Thereu2019s a cute area for kids to play while they wait. The providers were excellent. I ended up needing stitches and a tetanus shot, and both were handled with care. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs attention in Southport.

Everyone from the front office staff, to the assistants, to the providers are absolutely phenomenal! Our family has a primary care provider, but we have opted to come see Mrs. Anna Miller on many occasions. They are thorough, take their time to listen to your concerns, and are very efficient. We never have to wait long, the place is very clean, and the location is very convenient. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I didnu2019t want to go, but am so utterly happy I did. Every person I met was kind, and helpful. Miss Heather really made me feel like she understood my concerns and was more than willing to help me feel better. Even noting the pharmacy times. I will not be so hesitant to visit next time Iu2019m ill. Great people, great service!
