I had a severe cut on my arm. Came in on a Saturday morning. They took me right to the back room. u00a0Lucas, the nurse practitioner did an amazing job !! Literally pulled glass out of my arm, cleaned me up and stitched me up. The whole time, Lucas made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. He explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend coming to this urgent care. The front office staff and the nurses did an outstanding job . The front office lady also helped me save some money . Thank you Lucas for everything!!

I had the pleasure of being serviced by a true professional: Ms. Sienna at the Mckellips location. She's personable, funny, and knowledgeable about her job! She gave me a shot that I didn't feel; she has a relaxing presence.nThe doctor/NP was also personable and caring. This was my first time but not my last time at this facility. The facility was also very clean and the receptionist was very professional and knowledgeable!

I was able to get an appointment within a couple hours. And they got me in with a provider soon after I arrived. Registration was easy on my phone. I filled it out in my phone in advance and checked in his eye arrived. The office created me kindly. Both the medical assistant and the provider were great. I've seen this provider before and really liked him. I think his name was Luke or Luca. He's very compassionate and caring. I like the way he explain things. I was really glad I got him again. Overall it was a very positive experience except for the fact that I wouldn't have seen them if I hadn't been sick. I recommend this Next Care for others who need urgent care.

Their hours of operation are great and setting an appointment on-line was a snap! The staff was professional and polite. The provider was knowledgeable and proactive in my treatment. They were there when I needed them! I can't imagine getting any better treatment from my own PCP. Thanks!
