Called in the morning and was able to come in the afternoon with barely any wait time. Doctor was fast and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very much recommended. Have to say, the knowledgeable doctor has a great sense of humor and made the experience very pleasant. Will come back in the future if I have any other issues.

This was our best experience at any type of urgent care from the moment we walked in. The two ladies at the reception desk were very welcoming and pleasant. That got assigned in, and as we waited for the doctor, it was very calming in this place and my daughter felt really comfortable. The doctor was so nice, super professional. He made my daughter feel very very comfortable talking to him and letting him know what was wrong with her. I would recommend this urgent care over any other place. Hands down 10 out of 10. Thanks again for everyone that works there. That made us feel very welcome and safe

Thankfully this place answers the phones quickly, no painful automated prompts.nnGot schedule and seen pretty quickly.nnMy only improvement suggestion is that this place (ask their landlord to) add an electric vehicle (EV) charging station in the parking lot. It would help customers/patients like me be able to charge up while I visit. You never know in an emergency and don't want that to restrict you from reaching them. Plus I was there for an hour. That's one hour I could have been plugged in and gotten 20 miles. It would also drive more traffic to the center. And make people more aware of this business. I recommend contacting local provider Pangea Charging if you decide to advocate for this for your employees & patients.

I had a fantastic experience at Southwest Urgent Care during a recent visit to town for an event. We needed medical attention unexpectedly, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were seen. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted and checked in. Within just 10 minutes, we were called back to see a provider. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself was clean and well-organized, which made my son feel at ease. I highly recommend Southwest Urgent Care for anyone in need of prompt and excellent care!

I'm not sure how this place has managed to earn 4.9 stars, the receptionist at the front had a very unwelcoming tone throughout all our interactions with her and the doctor that checked me, Dr. Christopher Ogbeide, was extremely unprofessional. He asked me where my father was, if my mom was still married, and if my parents were still together all while she was present in the room. There was more said that not only made the both of us uncomfortable, but that was completely inappropriate. We came to be seen by a professional who could help me with my health concern and instead I witnessed the doctor hit on my mom while I was in pain. I got the medical advice and prescriptions that I needed, but everything else made my time at this urgent care deeply upsetting. I hope no one else pays to be in such an unsettling and unprofessional setting in the midst of any health crisis.
