Modern & clean building. Not usually busy, so I am seen quickly. Staff are super friendly, helpful, and attentive. I often pay out of pocket as my insurance never seems to cover anything. Their Family Practice has been affordable in my opinion. They took my health complaints seriously and did not disregard my concerns for my future health just because I am plus size. They actually LISTENED. I dont get that in a lot of other doctor offices. They were communicative through the process & very informative on what I can expect during the process I was going through. As someome who has lacked a primary physician for nearly 10 years, this is the best doctor appointment I have had in a long time.Update: I brought my partner here after he stepped on some nails at work. The staff were quick to get him checked in, cleaned up, and bandaged. He got his tetanus shot and then we were on our way to the local pharmacy for our antibiotics. The script was waiting for us by the time we got to the front of the line.Theyre quick compared to an ER, friendly, and actually take the time to discuss your medical history & concerns. I feel like a person here, not just a number. Highly suggest.

Sovereign urgent care is not a big chain urgent care most of the other local ones are. That means no hidden agendas or pressure to become affiliated with a specific hospital. I am not the type of person who runs to a doctor every time I have a cold or a cut, actually I'd probably stay at home and lose a limb before sitting in the ER all day. I was in a serious car accident and mauled by a massive dog all in a 24 hour period so this was truly an urgent matter. I walked into a clean office with a large bathroom they offered me a wheelchair and checkin was quick and done on a touch screen. Simple questions were asked and I was even given the maximum amount the visit would cost me upfront. The staff was super friendly and sympathetic to me even encouraging me throughout the visit, this calmed my nerves and made me feel better. I hate being weighed in front of strangers so I was happy not to have to get on a scale. I received xrays. The doctor was friendly and he was an animal lover telling me about his dog while I was getting stitches was a nice distraction. He explained everything to me before hand and he was very knowledgeable. The price I was quoted was accurate and my medicine was ordered for me before I walked out the door. Thank you Sovereign Urgent Care for taking such good care of me.

We took Dad to Sovereign Urgent Care for an eye injury and cut after he had fallen. This facility is brand new, very clean and the check-in process was speedy. I canu2019t remember the last time we had such superb and compassionate care given to us by an entire staff. They listened with empathy and we left feeling confident in their care. This Urgent Care far exceeded our expectations; this oneu2019s a gem!! Highly recommend.

Walked in and it was empty. The lady at the front desk was very slow and when she finally took us to the room in the back she asked a million more irrelevant questions that had no relevance whatsoever to the visit. When I mentioned this she said that was fine but seemed annoyed that I didn't find her questions pertinent. She said the Dr. Steve would be right with us but 10 mins later when we walked out we saw Steve seated checking his computer. We left and dint plan to go back.

Will never come back here and strongly recommend that others go elsewhere if you want quality care and no outrageous bills. The staff themselves are great and try to make up for the poor patient experience, but the fact that the bills make no sense and the billing manager is never available to address this is unacceptable. You can't even get x-rays here, and yet the bills are sky high. This clinic is out to make money off of people coming to them in need and that is just despicable. Funnily enough, they don't use any of that money to install new thermostats or fix the heating system so patients are extra miserable.
