This office definitely doesn't have patient interest and well-being as a priority. I have experienced bad attitudes with the PA, MA and NPs. I was asked why are you scheduled with me? I'm not in your group.... Last I checked, patients don't schedule their own appointments. Prescriptions aren't called in timely, messages are unanswered and the follow-up is poor. It's unfortunate that this community provider is missing compassion. Caring should be at the heart of healthcare and lately it doesn't seem as if it's to be found here.

Visited this facility for the first time today and my physician was Dr. Prince Hodogbey. He was nice...straightforward yet caring. He made me feel comfortable while I was there. I appreciated his thoroughness as he discussed new suggested meds for me. He even made suggestions on what I should do at home to better my health. Go somewhere else. I have experienced nurses with bad attitudes and no sense of urgency. Lack of communication in the office. I have been yelled at on the phone by a nurse. And Larina Branch bedside manner is terrible, she lacks compassion and empathy, and this is coming from someone who has been in the medical field herself. If you need documentation or any referrals she wonu2019t help you. Told me that nausea, vomiting, and fatigue are all common in early pregnancy & is not means for accommodations, unless I have u201chigh blood pressureu201d lol even after I said Iu2019m in distress while doing my job 12hrs a day, in a warehouse lifting 40-50lbs of product, mind you my job considers pregnancy alone a reason for accommodating. She shrugged her shoulders and said u201chey thatu2019s life.u201d but let her tell it my issue is with her not signing my papers, no my issue is with the way I spoken to. I left that doctor office in tears & reported her to the board.

Absolutely horrible! Please find another specialty clinic. The clinic itself looks decrepit with visible stains on furniture and walls, old equipment: the place just looks unsanitary. Then the first people you encounter have the most horrific attitude (worse than a fast food chain). Itu2019s clear the office has not standardized policy to ensure patients are receiving all necessities. At the time of this post it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my device. It has taken me to come to the office in person to get them to expedite the issue. The actually doctor I consulted with brilliant and met expectations of what a specialty doctor should be. He/she should be aware that the front office is going to run off a great number of patients. After I receive my device Iu2019m going back to Orland Park Sleep Center.

In obvious cost cutting measures, all of the most tenured and experienced (expensive) doctors have been kicked out in favor of less expensive physicians. I had been with my primary care physician for 15 years, so I'm upset.
