Came here looking for care for my child and find out they were closed for lunch. Why wouldn't they list their hour and a half lunch break on the website? I'm starting to think they don't understand the urgent part in urgent care. I wish I read the reviews before wasting my time.

For years and years Iu2019ve been searching for a good doctor that I could go to who actually cares about me as a patient and conveys the compassionate attitude and concern that I would expect a doctor to have. Dr. Megan Suwara is that kind of doctor. Going to her office was a joy, and very positive experience for me. She engaged me in a good conversation with pertinent questions regarding my physical ailments. And has offered me the most comprehensive check up that I have ever had. I didnu2019t feel like another patient that was quickly shuffled in and out of her office. I honestly have never been so impressed with any other health care professional as I am with Dr. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

Wow every time I've been here the nurses and doctors are very friendly and helpful! It seems like they actually care and take time to listen to you. They also take the time to really explain all the info you need. I get more time with them then my primary doctor!! Love this Urgent Care and a Special shout out to the newer Doc Jacob he was so nice and friendly just made me feel comfortable and truly cared!!! I wouldn't go any where else... Keep it up guys ud83dude0aud83dude04

Went in for an X-ray and waited over a week and a half for results. Turned out my results were ready and no one called me to tell me that they were negative. Very frustrating. I called in three times and left two messages just to hear the results. Was told different information about how they handle X-rays from different people. One person told me they couldnu2019t read the X-rays to me, another told me they would, and then another person told me that I would be notified about the results as soon as they got them which didnu2019t happen.The people there are nice and I havenu2019t had a previous issue but this situation was a serious breakdown of patient care and organization. Very upset.

Took my husband to Speciality Urgent Care,because Monday I took him to the hospital, he was not improving. He's experiencing lots of pain. Tried to check in, explain the woman in the window, first coming out of her mouth iswe don't prescribe pain medication as if we are drug addicts. I explained, we are not here for narcotics, I just want my husband to feel better. Regardless we were turned away.
