Because I canu2019t give 0 stars. This office is horrible. We went for a patient that just moved here from out of state and needed meds asap. These meds could be a matter of life and death for him. They said sure no problem we can give him enough until he can get into a specialty doctor. Then they strung us along for a week on getting prescriptions, then told us he had to make another appt if he wanted the meds. Also, my husband was sent for an X-ray a couple weeks ago. A week and a half later, after he called several times, he was told they didnu2019t know how to read the X-ray. 0/0 do not recommend!!

I had a horrible experience with Spectra. I knew when I heard their name they were going to act like they were a villain in a James Bond 007 movie and they lived up to their name. Let's tell the story. Spectra was referred to my aunt for home health. They called the day before and left a voicemail about their appointment. They did not speak to anyone to make sure that we were aware of their appointment, but Nurse Terra (definitely not Gone with the Wind) said that she talked to my aunt, but when my husband questioned her she couldn't remember if she talked to a man or woman. Lie #1. So today, the day of the appointment that we did not schedule, the Dr Robert and the nurse practitioner came to the door and started pulling on the locked screen door like they were a B&E group. After opening the door for them, they only stated that we are here to do a foot treatment. They NEVER identified themselves like there were too good to be in my house. They are lucky that the concealed carry person was not there or this would have been a much different story. After they left, my husband had to sanitize everything because they did not operate with any protocols. And yet there is more. So I called to complain. I first went through our Prospero health to find out who came out to the house. Remember that they did not identify themselves. So after finding the company information, I called Spectra with my husband on the line and talked to Nurse Terra. Terra immediately went defensive and stated that there was no ill intent in trying to walk in the house unannounced. Lie #2 I disagreed as we did not have any prior relationship with this company. 2ndly, I was concerned with the fact that the people NEVER identified themselves. She basically call us liars as that would never happen. Lie #3. When I confronted about this, she said I've told you 15 times that this did not happen and that I am trying to apologize. Lie #4 I NEVER heard an apology and I told her that she needed to give my family one. She told me that we were not a good fit I assume she means that her company is unprofessional and racist and rude. At this point Terra proceeded to hang up in my face. So after 4 lies, I am done. They are not welcome in my home. They are not welcomed to treat to my auntie. These racist and unprofessional people that call themselves caregivers are simply the worst. They are not doing you any favors and they got paid to treat people like they are beneath them. Not in my house. You better act you got home training.

Please, if you value your health care, don't go here. The doctor Betty is nice and helpfu, but everyone elsewhot works there doesn't seem to care about the patient. Office staff is very rude and actually hung up on me when neededg a referral from them for a heart doctor. I went in fo testing, and they neversentd it off and told me it was too expensive for them to do so. What doctors office does that? I don't understand how they're still inbusiness. The only reason I gave them a 2 is because of Betty being nice.

Very very very unprofessional!! 0 stars! If you need a referral or any help to see someone as far as surgery check up this is not the place to go they act as if they donu2019t have a job to do. Made me wait a week to get anything done. Excuses after excuses. I ended up having to do the job myself after multiple trips there. They canu2019t even fax a paper or write information the right way. The lady Tammy is very rude and lazy. So disappointing. I recommend not bringing children or yourself they arenu2019t the place to go!! Stinky office.

This place is horrible. Do not take your family here. The wait time is ridiculous, our appointment was at 10 it was after 11 before we got seen and their was only 1 person ahead of us. Doctors were very unskilled. We went every week for a month and the doctor refused to give my son is shots because he was sick, he prescribed him some medicine and made the prescription extremely to big. 10ml when he should only take 5. Luckily we've had it before and I had some in my refrigerator. I watched them put a lady out for asking how long she was going to have to wait to see the doctor when she was the first one there. She was crying stating she came at 7:30 for a 9 o clock appointment mind you it was after 10 when we arrived. She was rudely asked to leave and she was crying saying she was there because she thought she may be having a mild heart attack and her doctor couldn't get her in. They didn't care. She had to ask for her Co pay back because they were not just going to give it back to her. According to the nurse it's in the papers they have so sign that they can ask you to leave for being rude. The lady never raised her voice or got loud she just asked a simple question and the nurse felt threatened. I mean to be waiting for 2 hours to see a doctor after your scheduled appointment and watch other people be called back is absolutely outrageous. Wait time again is very long because theirs about 1 doctor & 2 nurses. I told that lady she should file a complaint as her husband was taking her to the hospital. Very unprofessional and should be shut down. The doc who prescribed the medicine apparently doesn't have a Oklahoma license so the pharmacy had to get a different doctor to prescribed the medicine which took 4 days. If I could give a 0 star I would. Please don't take your family here especially your children. The pediatrician is never there anyway
