This is now my second visit to Corewell Cutlerville Urgent Care, and both times warrant a 5-star rating. The first was for a fractured foot and ankle. The most recent was for follow-up care from covid-19 symptoms one month ago. From the medical assistants, P.A.'s, reception, and technicians, each individual offers care, compassion, wisdom, efficiency, prompt and accurate treatment, along with clear communication and planning. I recommend this urgent care center. Thank you, Corewell Cutlerville! I send you all the best.

The staff was nice; however, when I saw my doctor (whom I was comfortable with since Iu2019m also a woman), she didnu2019t provide the level of care I felt I needed. I went in for random sores on my skin and felt brushed off when she simply told me to follow up with my primary care doctor. Like, okay, but youu2019re a doctor too, lol. She said it looked like razor burn but didnu2019t officially diagnose itu2014just kind of went with it. However, I knew deep down it was more than that because, for one, razor burn isnu2019t contagious, and it didnu2019t look anything like what I had. All she did was look at the sores and give me an HSV test, which obviously came back negative. I had my boyfriend go to a different urgent care since he had sores as well, and they diagnosed him with impetigou2014funny how that works.

Do not waste your time at this facility, or this organization in general. They use every unscrupulous tactic imaginable to screw you at every turn. On this occasion they refused to administer a routine drug screen despite having an official doner pass from an employer, an appointment, and every bit of personal information completely unnecessary for a drug screen in the first place. They assumed that I was committing fraud by arriving at 7:45am on a Saturday morning to piss into a cup. I cannot imagine what one could possibly have to gain by fraudulently pissing into a cup. Their refusal to service me is completely illogical on so many levels. Folks, you cannot make this stuff up. I wish I could rate them at zero stars. I never did leave a review for the time a separate facility refused to assist me and engaged in fraudulent billing practices in an effort to coerce me to pay for something that was never provided in the first place. Luckily the CEO was nice enough to void the bill after the mention of a lawsuit, so I will commend them for that, but it never should have escalated to that point in the first place.

I was fortunate to have Dr. Bach as my urgent care physician for a surprise case of pneumonia. What an absolutely wonderful and kind man with such a great vibe. The nursing staff was just as awesome.

This urgent care is great because you can make a apt with no wait and fast service in and out. This is our go to and it is close by our house.
