The Office is horrible, the staff has a terrible attitude. When I showed for my appointment with Dr Mora I was asked to wait for 2 hours... of course I left.nThey were supposed to call back to reschedule, never did. Called myself to get another appointment but they never confirmed my appointment ... what a waste of time.nI'm sure the doctor is great, just impossible to deal with the staff

The office is very disorganized. My first appointment I had to wait an hour in the waiting room. After that I tried to schedule an MRI multiple times, but on the phone, all the associates who spoke to me were inconsistent, or did not realize that another associate had told me something different multiple times. Iu2019ve seen the notes they take about the calls and no wonder it is a mess because they write the bare minimum and miss important details. For someone suffering from pain, they have made the process just as painful.

If you need paperwork (EDD, work restrictions/accommodations/disability)completed, they will charge you $75, yes, seventy-five dollars each time! Most offices charge on average $20.nnThey will not stamp your parking ticket to get a reduced rate if you have a workers comp claim even though youu2019re a patient of one of their doctors! Youu2019ll have to pay the parking fee without the discount upfront and try to get reimbursed by workers comp.nnSeems like their bottom line is just making profit$!nnThe people are friendly and niceu2026but expect to be nickled and dimed!!

I have had a great experiences at this location. Iu2019ve been going there for injuries obtained while working at my jobs for 25 years plus. They take great care of me. The receptionist are very helpful and the doctors are extremely knowledgeable. Thank you.

I lost my job because of Dr. Chang (who I've had to remind for 3 consecutive visits that he's my doctor). I asked him for a note for my company, he told me to get it from his assistant and then told her not to do so. The clinic can't even get an appointment right with a month's notice.
