I walked in with no appointment and was able to fill out forms easily on my phone and was seen within 20 minutes. All staff were courteous and efficient. I loved the doctor I saw who counseled me on good nutrition habits and other holistic self care suggestions. She did provide me with prescriptions to improve my current health challenges. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, which doctor visits rarely are.

First time at this urgent care facility. Everything was quick and seamless from making an instant appointment, to checking in online, to being seen immediately. Both the medical assistant and the doctor were friendly and efficient, but without making you feel like they were rushing you through. The doctor concluded with good advice about dealing with my condition and prevention. Excellent experience.

The wait time was longer than expected as I was in excruciating pain. I had insurance but they wanted to charge me almost $300. They brought the price down as the lady at front desk consulted with manager. I will say that the Nurse practitioner, Samiat Teufusi was very nice and attentive. She asked questions and assisted to the best of her knowledge based off what she saw and my sypmtoms. The medical assistance, Diego Garcia had great customer service skills and really helped me on this visit. He listened, explained what he was needing to complete and was a great help for me that day. I am hoping I don't see unexpected charges though as I have seen some other reviews regarding billing.
