Lost a job offer because this is an unprofessional unsanitary place.... Went in for a basic drug test and the lady administering the test gave bad instructions and I opened the door and someone's old urine was in a cubicle inside the room and I alerted the lady to this and she yelled at me told me I wasn't supposed to open that and that she was not accepting my specimen.... I lost out on a job because these people leave old piss laying around in the rooms for days this is a Monday morning so it was probably there for at least 2 days going to complain to the health department

Went in for a drug test for a job I'm starting soon. The employees were inattentive, slow, and seemed disorganized. When I took the drug test, unclear instructions were given and the woman administering the test was rude and seemed to dislike her job. One should expect those in the medical field to conduct themselves in a much better way.

Kind, efficient, and professional. Mainly a work comp center, but staffed and equipped for medical care. Told us up front that they did not accept commercial insurance, offered to help us find a place that would.nFrom the front desk, to Mary the nurse practioner, A+ care.nWe were in Springfield from out of town and this facility was closest to where we're staying.nWe are thankful for the care they provided.

I just want to say that everyone from Office Manager to Care Providers are caring and make sure you get the help you need. I feel I have a long road ahead of me but I am confident that Faith Immediate Care will stay by my side to make sure they are there for me. God Bless each and everyone. Thank you all.................. It wouldn't let me do another review. So will add to this one Ashley is no longer there wish her the best. I seen Mary today I was so nervous but OMG she was amazing. This place believes in doing what's right for their patients. I know my healing progress will be a process I must take one day at a time. Faith immediate care Amanda and every member of the staff are wonderful caring individuals. When I broke down in the office I reached out for support and let's just say Mary's actions were what I needed. And it was the same action that Ashley has provided in the past. That's why I know everyone at Faith do care about individuals. I believe in prayer, I pray everyday I know I might not fully be myself again, but I am grateful for the care, kindness and the pleasure to know the folks at Faith Immediate Care. God Bless you all.
