Beware! Now closed!!! I was just sent a bill for 150.00 per test for both me and my husband. We paid when we went to the facility to be tested and thought that was it. However, the lab is charging us 150.00 each now because they were not paid or provided any insurance information.nThe time has run out to file a claim (6 months) and be reimbursed for the charge, so we will have to double pay!nThe staff was nice, but the full scope of the service was not explained correctly. Basically, St. Anthony's did not pay the lab they sent our test to and now the lab is billing us the full price. I would have given 0 stars, but had to give one to post a review.

***BEWARE***nI went to this place for COVID testing and paid $150 out of pocket. They mentioned I would be getting a claim form to submit to my insurance for reimbursement. My insurance DID NOT REIMBURSE me the $150 because they stated that while this location u201cacceptsu201d insurance, they are u201cNOT CONTRACTEDu201d with any of them. Be prepared to pay the $150 for the test and NOT be reimbursed by your insurance. I suggest you look for a place that u201cIS IN-NETWORKu201d your insurance because COVID testing is usually covered at 100% with no out of pocket costs to the patient.nnI contacted my insurance to see what was going on. They told me that for this reason, my claim ended up processing u201cOUT OF-NETWORKu201d and that itu2019s a u201cTRICKu201d some locations use. I was also told insurance companies are trying to go through Congress to have laws put in place to protect patients from issues like these.nnAside from the billing issues I encountered, the staff is friendly and you get the results in 24hrs.

I went on December 15 to get a test for covid 19 and they were very professionals and nice to me . highly recommend this place.
