The worse DO NOT go here. I've been waiting for a week for a refill of my Avorstatin and now I'm sitting with 170/100 fighting the incompetency of this office to get a refill. I'd like to say I only have problems with this medication but it appears to be a pattern. A month ago I had to fight to get my high blood pressure medicine refilled as well. This a cruel place you want to avoid. You've been warned.

I've gotten my blood drawn MANY times in my life and this was absolutely the worst experience ever.Im almost certain she drew from an artery because she couldn't find a vein. Or maybe she doesn't know the difference. The blood was bright red and coming out so fast, I could hear it. That has never happened before. It's always dark red and comes out slowly.Whatever, but then my hand started going numb and im getting lightheaded. Also things I have never experienced before. I tell her my hand is getting numb and she says: I'll bet! Couldn't care less. Until she's all done and then won't stop asking if im okay. She asked me to show her my lips. My arm HURTS and I go to do my urine sample but the pressure on my arm was crazy, so I took off the bandage and my arm is ungodly SWOLLEN. Another thing I've never ever experienced with blood draws.Long story short, nobody cared. I was told it's a little swelling and there might be a small bruise. Totally normal. I'm gonna add a picture of my arm. Absolutely NOT normal!!!

This was a waste of my time. Went in looking for new doctor an was told to stay where I am an dismissed me. She said my thumb was just inflammation an it was out of place. Rude, wasn't nice.

they were great in getting things done but because i am thin and have tattoos I'm a junky looking for pain meds . i am not and i do not like going to the hospital worried about my health feeling like a junky ... get some people skills, you absolute terrible people. hello get it together ,
