A+ and highly recommended. The staff is extremely nice and the doctor was great. I only wish this could be our regular doctor's office and not just urgent care! The hours are a little tough but we were able to get in and out without too much of a wait. We've tried other urgent cares in the area. This one stood out as the best. Will definitely be back.

Previously this place used to be wonderful. Went today and soon as we arrived we were told it's a 2 hour wait. There was 1 family in the waiting area. Not sure why so long or how they knew it would be 2 hours. I told the receptionist we can't sit in the waiting room that long because my child is vomiting. She said ok. There's a sign right on the counter that says 2 hour wait. If you go here just be prepared for this wait. We left so I can't speak for the treatment from a Dr

I was extremely happy with the care my son received tonight. We were lucky and we didnu2019t have to wait long but even if we did i wouldnu2019t care because the care alone was exceptional. From the front desk, to the nurses, to Dr. Donaldson, everyone was awesome and took great care of my son. Dr.Donaldson was thorough and explained everything to me before leaving. My son has been sick for two weeks and this is exactly where we needed to go to get him back to himself.

This place is wonderful. I had to rush there Friday afternoon because my 6 months old girl scratched her eye. Barbara MA was so helpful and sweet with my baby girl. Usually my baby cries when they check her weight, but Barbara had a magic touch. Then what to say about Dr. Kaifer. Never had such a great experience with a doctor like I had with her that day. She was great in explaining what was going on with my baby and reassured me in a moment where I felt really scared for my little baby. I highly suggest to go here if your child need medical attention.

Website and recording when you call says they're open until 10pm. When we got there at 8:45pm there was a sign saying they lock the doors at 9:30pm or lock the doors early if they've reached capacity. Wouldn't even answer the phone, there was only 2 other cars in the lot. If you're there to help kids, then why would you lock doors way earlier than closing time?
