I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Jagmohan Jandu for my ongoing health concerns, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment I walked into his office, Dr. Jandu created an atmosphere of genuine care and attentiveness that immediately put me at ease.nnWhat sets Dr. Jandu apart is his exceptional ability to combine medical expertise with true empathy. During our consultation, he took the time to listen to all my concerns without rushing, asking thoughtful questions that demonstrated his deep understanding of internal medicine. His insightful approach to diagnosis made me feel like I was receiving truly personalized care rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment plan.nnDr. Jandu has a remarkable way of explaining complex medical information in terms that are easy to understand, which helped build my confidence in both the treatment plan and my ability to manage my health moving forward. He involved me in the decision-making process, respecting my input while providing clear, expert guidance.nnThe staff at his practice reflects his commitment to patient care, creating a welcoming environment from check-in to follow-up. Despite having other options closer to home, I gladly make the longer drive specifically to see Dr. Jandu because the quality of care I receive is absolutely worth it.nnHis leadership qualities are evident in how he manages patient relationships and coordinates care. Dr. Jandu exemplifies what healthcare should be: knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient-centered.nnIf you're looking for a physician who will truly partner with you in your healthcare journey, Dr. Jagmohan Jandu is the doctor you want on your team. I'm grateful to have found such an exceptional healthcare provider.

Unethical and unfair practices u2014 patients, be warned.nnI scheduled a simple annual physical, fully expecting it to be covered as preventive care per my insurance plan. But what unfolded felt deceptive and completely unethical.nnBefore the visit, I was asked to sign a blanket agreementu2014without any clarity that this could lead to unexpected billing. During the physical, the doctor asked a series of history-related questions, and I responded in good faith, assuming it was part of the checkup. I did not bring up new issues pro actively or request any referrals.nnTo my surprise, I was later billed additional chargesu2014without ever being informed during the visit that these interactions would be treated as separate, non-preventive services. I didnu2019t receive any follow-ups, I didnu2019t act on any referrals, and I certainly didnu2019t ask for extra tests. Yet, Iu2019m now facing a large bill for services I neither sought nor agreed to.nnWhatu2019s worse is that no one explained upfront that these questions or codes could lead to out-of-pocket costs. There was no discussion of network coverage or even a warning that Iu2019d be billed outside of the preventive scope. This feels like a trap u2014 a carefully designed system where doctors steer patients unknowingly into billable territory.nnThe billing team offers no clear explanation other than vague policy references and insists itu2019s my responsibility to know what will be billed u2014 even though no codes were shared with me before any lab work or exam.nnI didnu2019t return for follow-ups because I never needed them u2014 and that alone should speak to the unnecessary nature of these add-on charges.nnHealthcare should be about trust, not tactics that take advantage of patients just trying to stay healthy.

I will never be coming here again. The doctor that saw my daughter yesterday diagnosed her with an infection in her lymph nodes or viral infection without doing any tests. My husband and I ended up bringing her into Stanford the next day and they did thorough testing and confirmed she has mono. I am disgusted with PAMF. This is not the first time they have misdiagnosed someone in my family.

DO NOT visit any doctor from this center and probably Palo Alto Medical Foundation in general! I was there for my annual physical, didnu2019t even mention any health concerns. By answering all questions from the doctor, she secretly diagnosed me with something and ordered me extra tests without my consent! The funniest part is, the doctor said I have good health in general by the end of the exam and didnu2019t mention any new conditions to me.nnSo I got a second bill apart from the annual physical exam that was covered by my insurance. Called their billing team multiple times but they said the doctor addressed my health concerns?! What are they, then they cannot even tell me which part of the conversation is extra? They also claimed itu2019s legally required for them to bill me extra, then I asked for which law is it?! No response! Thatu2019s crazy!nnAVOID them at all cost! They are unethical, unprofessional and just love to scam patients!

Billing department sends me $800 plus bill for physicals and routine blood work which I know is covered by my insurance .nnI called my insurance for my benefits and coverage, because Pamf sends huge bills using wrong codes.nI found out PAMF used out of network codes for processing my claims! WHY ?nThis is not the first time they did this over the course of 20 years.nnI was expecting a lower bill after reprocessing but they sent me a new bill for 300 plus.nnI called my insurance again just to find out my bill was only $16 .18.nnCalled PAMF billing again, staff said insurance didnu2019t send them re processed claims and they wonu2019t and canu2019t call my insurance but only I can !!!nnItu2019s frustrating that I have to double check every time I receive a bill . It has become a trust issue now.nI wonder how many patients just pay the entire bill not knowing what their EOB; explanation of benefits are .nnPlease do call your insurance the moment you get your bill and ask them how much you need to pay.nif Pamf used wrong codes, insurance will send it for re processing , it takes upto 30 days .nUntil then DO NOT PAY.nHope this is helpful to someone .
