Our induction was scheduled for may 2nd and the nursing team didnu2019t want to show up for work so we were told u201ctomorrowu201d 3 more times. Finally when it comes time to go in, our delivery nurse (Kayla) and our obstetrician (Dr. Ali) were the best part of this experience. They showed compassion and kindness towards me and my wife. After shift change things started to go sideways. We were not given a recovery room so my wife and son had to stay in the delivery room the entire time. My wife got told she can go home at 3pm. Itu2019s now 6pm and we are still waiting for her to be discharged while Iu2019ve been in the parking lot with our 2 other children. Without Dr. Ali and Nurse Kayla this review wouldu2019ve been a 1 star. This hospital is not good enough for those 2 people who helped us the entire time. Do better.

Iu2019ve been to their urgent care less than i have ER.nBut i was just in the urgent care on Tuesday. Headache for 36 hours that wouldnu2019t go away (already on preventative for chronic headaches) very sore throat, awful cough, pain in neck and back. Coughing to the point of throwing up and urinating blood.nnWas told to take a covid, flu, rsv test and sent home to rest.nNever got my results online. I tried to call Wednesday. They didnu2019t call me back until today ;Friday) which didnu2019t even leave my results in my voicemail. It was a bot.nI saw another doctor today who has diagnosed me with WHOOPING COUGH THAT NEEDS ANTIBIOTICS, steroids and codeine.

If I could give a zero I would.. I gave birth to my twin boys here and the OBGYN super nice but my morning and afternoon nurses were HORRIBLE! It left me traumatized, they were extremely rude nurses. Did not respect my wishes I told them I wanted to breastfeed my boys and the morning nurse told my afternoon nurses that I did not want to breastfeed. I was told by my morning nurses to walk down the hallway and when I tried to in the afternoon, the nurses at the station gave me a disgusted look and I heard one of them say what does she want. But I will say this there was a Hispanic nurse who was super friendly and nice to me. She spoke up for me and said u201cshe is obviously doing her walks, leave her alone.u201d I wanted to leave the hospital asap. I felt so weak and vulnerable. I cried while being there. That Sunday was my check out day and I couldnu2019t wait to leave. As I was walking out I had one of the baby hospital blankets in my hands one the morning nurse RUNS to me and says u201c OH NO HOSPITAL STUFF STAYS HERE.u201d I just wanna say I still took that shit. That bill was gonna be crazy. Imma take that blanket ud83dude05 the Hispanic nurse I forgot her name, super sweet! I love her! She showered my boys and I am grateful for her. The graveyard shift nurse with jokes, sheu2019s white. I LOVE her as well! Thank you, you two for being the sweetest nurses to someone at their weakest point.

Would give a negative rating if I could. My Uncle was there for 3 weeks, transferred to a long-term care facility. He was long time army. Command Sergeant Major. Wore his Veteran hat with all of his life earned pins to the hospital. He worked his ass off earning each and every one. That hat meant the world to him, and his family. He wore it with so much pride. Your staff, just threw it away. My Uncle now passed away. This was now a priceless family heirloom. And its gone...HOW DARE YOU THROW SUCH AN ITEM AWAY!!! You bag it and send it with home with his family. I have no respect for this hospital, for their lack of care and compassion. It was way more than a hat.

Nobody wants to go to the ER, but this is definitely our first choice. Unfortunately, weu2019ve had to make a couple of visits and each has been a positive experience with a positive outcome. We had an excellent nurse Telema this past week. He was attentive, helpful, and reassuring. He answered all of our questions and ensured we were taken care of. Thank you!
