The staff in the Therapy Center are amazing!!Theyu2019re all so kind and patient with everyone, Iu2019ve felt extremely welcomed and comfortable every time iu2019ve been. I would recommend to anyone in the area needing physical therapy.

Triage nurse last night for my DV sensitive visit for friend was horrible. The ED manager we requested stated it might've been because this nurse was about to clock out in 15 mins. The triage nurse in the blue scrubs not the peach shirt was very dismissive and insensitive. Not only were they oblivious of other places to take a bp on a patient with multiple bruises. They were also making this patient feel very unwelcomed and she had a break down. She didnt even want to go she was persuaded to go make sure she was fine and get medical documentation. She was instructed to attend this hospital for documentation of the events that transpired that morning at around 3/4 am. He asked her So, what happened? Patient began to explain. They cut her off the nurse in peach stating that usually SJBP should be taking the pictures needed. Then the triage nurse in blue scrubs cut her off as well and stated i need to know exactly where your problem is. Then he proceeded to escort us to a room. He seemed very agitated. He was not compassionate at all. In this field you need to be compassionate or go work somewhere else if you hate your job. This triage nurse should be reprimanded and receive numerous training to tend to patients of such cases as DV victims. His bedside manner and everyone else was horrible. They were not monitoring her vitals. The rooms trash was not changed. The trash was dirty. The patient was never offered a blanket. This patient was not their for pain meds or anything of that sort. She was their for clear documentation of the incidents aftermath on her body. We attempted to walk out but i wanted to make the complaint to the manager before doing so. We were handed a notepad so the manager could type up the complaint. Once the doctor stepped in the manager took the notepad and we had not even written anything down. The board on the wall had documentation of a nurse on 09/27/2024 named ERRON. This was my first time at the hospital and the first impression was horrible. Their was no one in the waiting room for the staff to be so disgustingly rude. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone as they seem to be bothered to do their job. The only friendly person we encountered at this hospital even with myself as a spectator and accompanying the patient for support was the intake receptionist. She had a ring on, black scrubs, and yellow crocs. She collected information for billing purposes. Soon as we left the manager apologized again and got in his truck and left. I will stick with Ochsner for forever. Shame on this hospital and its staff. This visit fyi was last night 09/02/2024 at around 11pm.

Went after work for something that fell in my eye and I wasnu2019t sure that they would be able to help me. I got there everyone was helpful, nice and knowledgeable 11/27/23 Dr William did an excellent job getting a piece of metal out of my eye. Good place with good people who care.

Dr. Kirby is an excellent doctor. She's very caring and attentive. She didn't mess around she came in and took action. My tears went from tears of pain to joy. I could go on and on about her. I told her she was my angel. My nurse Ed was also great. He put in an IV port, took blood and gave me medicine all at the same time and I didn't even realize it. I was in and out within 2.5 hrs and that's with a CT scan. Wonderful place.
