Poor service! They took forever to review my test results and did not follow up and call me with any results, I had to login to view the chart myself and then follow up on the antibiotics needed. The antibiotics did not work and I asked for a stronger dosage and they kept saying they would call me back when they ask the doctor but never called back! Now Iu2019m dealing with symptoms with no help and Iu2019ll probably have to go again because they are neglectful!

Nice clean facility l and I was seen quickly. however it took two days for my results and I had to call them after the doctor told me he would call me.nI was prescribed medication I didn't even know about until I left and I was not going back for it.nIt seems one hand does not know what the other is doing. I will not go back here.

This is truly one of the best urgent care facilities. The place is extremely clean. The front desk ladies are so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The doctor is a gem. He is so caring and detail oriented. He listens attentively and provides amazing care. I refer so many people to this place since the providers deserve the utmost trust.

Worst service ever, staff at the front desk donu2019t know how to deal with patient , sheu2019s rude . We have an appointment at 10:30 , went to the clinic at 10:15 . Seen doctor at 11:02. Doctor is very nice,Thanks for her service.

I visited this urgent care last December and they saw me without a negative covid test ended up being sinuous infection.nBut when I called today they said I needed a negative test, so I asked if I could get one there she said 60 dollars up front I'm like I have insurance and it's cover...she said not for office visits. Seems fishy. Please see below from bcbsm webite.nThe Families First Coronavirus Response Act is a new law. It mandates that we cover and waive cost-sharing for test-related items and services during provider, urgent care and ER visits when they result in an order, or administration of, a COVID-19 lab test. As we continue to assess the requirements, more information may be coming.
