The woman at the front desk was very kind. However the doctor was incredibly rude. Our 23 year old son had fallen on the stairs and hurt his back. We wanted to be sure that nothing was broken, so we took him in for an X-ray. He could hardly walk. The doctor barely looked at his back, said he was fine and then very rudely asked him why he was there, what drugs did he want. He told her he wasnu2019t there for drugs, that his parents brought him in because he could barely walk. He then had to request the X-ray.nThe physician treated him as if he was wasting her time, she gave him no u201ccareu201d whatsoever, dismissed him as wanting drugs, and continued to ask him what he wanted. Sheu2019s the doctor. Her job is to take care of people and provide them with what they need for healing. This doctor is a classic example of our broken healthcare system. Very disappointing experience.

I was helped immediately. The staff explained what their part of the care was. The doctor's assistant that stitched up my hand was great with very little pain. She also was very thorough. The only complaint I have is the paperwork for care was just handed to me but was not explained. I only knew by the PA to come back in 7 to 10 days to have stitches removed. I feel like the excellent job of stitching made the care very easy. My only problem was the cut was on my right hand. I would recommend your facility to others.

Check in was great. Friendly staff.nWas looking to get lab in office. Dr. Says lab was not available on-site. I was handed a list of other locations to get labs done. I had a stroke and getting in and out of buildings can be difficult for me as walking long distance is hard for me right now. Would like to see labs to remain in the doctors building.

I felt that the staff was very friendly and that it did not take long being see after arrival. Unfortunately after being treated and getting the medication from pharmacy prescribed for me did not help. That following Sunday I had worsen and went to St.Anthony ER through ray was found pneumonia and I received antibiotic which now I feel a lot better. Iu2019m not taking anything away from the treatment I received at Ascension. Only that maybe antibiotics could be considered when an elder patient is having breathing trouble, ud83eudd14 hmm maybe, thx

Dr saw me for a throat/ear infection but said their hands were tied and couldnu2019t give me anymore meds. They didnu2019t even test me for anything, just looked and said everything was fine. Meanwhile I was in excruciating pain from my ear and throat and could hardly eat or swallow. Went to a different urgent care, they ran tests and prescribed me antibiotics immediately. Iu2019m now feeling better, thanks to a non-st John urgent care.
