My experience from the emergency room to cardiac care floor was far above my expectations! If I could give 10 stars and way above I certainly would. From doctors to lab technicians to housekeeping to nurses all were Caring, knowledgeable, kind and efficient in every way.nSpecial shout out to Dr Hoyt who took the time to hook me up with a cardiologist in Boise where I live, just wow, Iu2019d call this going beyond and above call of duty.nIf anyone needs a hospital where they feel cared for with confidence and want to feel pampered this is your place!

This place deserves to be shut down. Multiple visits of sitting in an empty waiting room for 3 plus hours with chest pain. I end up walking out and going to Sandford in Bismarck. Last night I had to take my fiance out of there because they told her she has acid reflux, gave her a prescription for an OTC acid reducer and said go home. That was not an option, we left and 20 minutes later they called us to tell us we need to come back so they can remove her IV. Told them no we are already on our way to Sanford in Bismarck. They literally said ok we get it. Turns out she has a tear on her esophagus and a hiatal hernia. I AM BEYOND ANGRY.

Yesterday I was omw home on my ebike and was hit by a car. I got home and my hand started to lose circulation so I went to chi. The receptionist said okay we are busy not sure when we can get to you. I said okay could nurse just take a quick look at my hand. He said no its not that important and we are busy. I explained I don't want to lose my hand. He said ya people who are breathing have priority. Mind you there were no such people. But I gave 3 stars because I guess a nurse overheard and she tended to me right away. Otherwise, it would have been 1 star. I know a receptionist has no medical training but they should ask a professional before deciding how long someone needs to wait. I'm not a doctor but even I know besides for someone dying loss of limbs is on the high priority list. Thankfully the nurse took charge.

I just had my 1st baby at this hospital and I am very pleased with the care team I had who took care of me and helped me through my delivery, they were kind and walked through everything with me and my husband... they even sent a meal with us when we left and sent a congratulations card with the care teams signatures in them. It was an amazing experience for me as a first time mom... the only complaint I have is when I was served meals, my husband wasn't served a plate, I understand that the mom is the patient but the father is there as well... other than that, I am very pleased with my experience at this hospital!
