From the time I walked in, the staff was courteous and proficient. I was there just over a half hour. Julia PA explained the medication and how it will help. She answered all my questions and did so with a smile. One of the best experiences I've had at a medical office!

Super easy to get to, very clean and the nurses were super nice and very sweet to our daughter.nThe doctor didn't seem to know how to work with kids (toddlers), which made our daughter more upset then she had to be when she didn't feel well. We probably won't be going back to this location.

The place was very clean and everyone was very friendly. The only issue was I had an appointment and still had to wait about 30 minutes. The PA took care of my issue as well. I will definitely go back there again.

Welcoming patient in-take secretary, equally welcoming PAu2019s with professional and patient centric practice. Physician is caring and well versed. Overall satisfying experience.nOnly recommendation is request and sign off to get copies of your medical records before vacating. Makes it easier later for claims.

I really like it there. Itu2019s a lot better experience overall than the other urgent care center I had used before St. Lukeu2019s. Everyone was so nice and kind. I wasnu2019t left waiting on anything the moment I got there. I got checked in then maybe 5 minutes I was in a room, i explained stuff then 5 minutes the Doctor was in he sent me for x-ray also very quick and nice technician. In no time at all Doctor was in with results from x-ray. Even emailed me a link to a youtube video for stretching that might help. Very awesome and caring experience overall. Found out the actual cause of my pain wouldnu2019t have been seen on an x-ray like theirs but definitely a step in the process I was glad I took.
