The entire experience was excellent. The receptionist was kind and helpful. She made us feel welcome and check in was simple. The nurse and nurse practitioner were kind, knowledgeable, and fast yet thorough. They made us laugh, feel comfortable, and took the time to provide patient education. We only waited in the waiting area for 10 minutes or less. We were seen and treated with proper prescription sent to local pharmacy in around an hour or less! Thank you guys so much for making my 5 year old daughter feel comfortable and for providing her with excellent care!!

The whole staff is so accommodating, nice, and professional. Itu2019s one of the only doctors offices Iu2019ve visited in a while that I donu2019t feel rushed to receive the care I need. The doctor Ms. Bingham and her nurse give a VERY thorough, yet gentle examination and are so friendly!!! This is my second time seeing her and I will definitely be back!

My son who is 1 was running 102 fever I called and asked if they were still taking walk in she said yes we donu2019t close till 7pm I said okay Iu2019m on my way I get there 6:30 and didnu2019t even get to the front desk and tells me they arnt taking walk in anymore I said I just called she told me they take walk ins till yes she said yeah but two people just walked in before you we arnt taking him how disrespectful they could have seen my son. Going home was just more important to them.

I went here a couple times because itu2019s closest to home, and I had one okay experience and the rest have led me to hope and pray someone will buy this place and fix it so the community can use it again. I went there when I had 104u00b0 fever, chest pain, trouble breathing, nasal drip, and whooping cough and and they recommended I get mucinex-decongestant. I asked if they would test me for anything so I could get better, tested me for strep and it was negative. I asked about flu and covid and the whoever said u201call those tests have been coming back positive so it would do no good anyway.u201d They are never actually open at night even though the same big black Cadillac SUV is always sitting in their parking lot during the operating hours. Iu2019ve gotten fed up because when I need them again, 2 hours before their dooru2019s and googleu2019s hours says they should be closed, all lights are off and phone just rings. Ready for this place to shut down.

Went in for a pretty standard lab test. It took over 2 weeks to get the results. Then they filed it incorrectly as u201cobesityu201d which I am not obese, so my insurance denied the claim and the lab bill is $800. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone so I have to go in person to get them to file this correctly with my insurance company. I do not recommend this clinic. It has been highly inconvenient and a hassle. Lots of long phone calls and still not made any progress toward fixing the mistake.
