I came in on Saturday night. I fell and fractured my ankle. Everybody was wonderful. I canu2019t explain what a good experience this . considering the ankle pain. I was greeted outside with a wheelchair once I got inside. I was taken immediately into the back and they started working on me to try to get me medicine because I was in so much pain. I appreciate everybody that was there that night. Everybody was so Patient and kind with me. I just wanna say thank you so much to all the workers who helped me again I appreciate them so much

Every member of the staff I encountered is attentive, caring, and willing to take time to make the best decisions. I went in twice, recently for concerns stemming from issues regarding a procedure elsewhere. In both instances, evaluation was prompt, precise, and treatment was initiated effectively. While I will admit that it seems some of their resources appear dininished-- their staff make up the difference and then some. The level of care in this setting is absolutely amazing, and I trust those that were involved in my care with any concerns that may arise.nnI was able to witness others receiving the same level of care, with some in greater need being efficiently aided in their medical concerns with tremendous compassion.nnNursing: Tonya, Max, and Becca (apology if misspelled).nnDoctors: Maxwell and Armstrong.

They were quick to get me back and made sure I was comfy with a heated blanket. They actually cared to see that my health was ok by answering all my questions and recommending follow up care. Genuinely the most thorough and easy ER experience Iu2019ve had, which is nice because having to go to the ER is already scary enough. I would highly recommend the Southside location over the riverside one. Theyu2019re amazing! :)

I went to the ER on a busy Thursday and had to wait a few hours to get my IV fluids and medication for vomiting and migraine. Thatu2019s to be expected. The staff were kind and compassionate every step of the way, as always. They ran tests while I was waiting so I was able to go home as soon as the IV bag finished. The last time I was there was under a baker act, and I was taken by ambulance from the mental health facility to the hospital for the same condition mentioned above. Compassionate and efficient. Two years ago, I was admitted for septic shock and they kept me in the ICU for three days, pampered and cared for, until I pulled through. Less thorough care couldu2019ve easily caused my death. This is the only hospital Iu2019ll go to, when given the choice.
