This ER is one of the best I have ever been in my life. The facility is very clean and comfortable. From the security guys, the admission staff, radiologist, nurses and doctors the attention was incredible fantastic and they were very accommodating. All the staff were very clean and well dress, attentive, good listeners and courteous. The nurses and the doctors were very knowledgeable and experienced. I had an excellent service from in and out of the ER. Congratulations for all your hard work you do everyday. I know is not easy and ER are not perfect but you guys deserve the best. If you need any emergency treatment, I will totally recommend this ER. Cheers!

I arrived last Friday the 10th, not knowing that I had a mild heart attack and very high blood pressure. My nurse Ms.Perez was outstanding and service above and beyond!! She cared for me for hours, always attentive and caring like no other. The staff is horrible especially security they are rude, and unmannered. If you want quality care especially ethical care please go elsewhere. Any other medical facilities would be better than this.

Here in the emergency waiting area with a 13 year old with pain on his side, from 8:30 pm i have been waiting with him to be seen it is 1am and still waiting and he is still with pain. It's a great hospital with a terrible emergency service.

I donu2019t really ever review things, but I had to come into emergency services this past week. For a place in which I imagine no one really wants to be, the staff were all sooooooooo incredibly nice. My nurses were (primarily) Lyndell and Lola and they were both amazing. I have never had a more caring nurse than Lyndell and I hope that she gets recognized regularly for that.nnAside from staffing, the facility was clean and we were seen and attended to very quickly. I really find it difficult to find much fault with an ER department that works pretty efficiently and is kept clean and well-staffed. Who goes into the ER expecting a spa treatment?
