This place NEVER closes when they are supposed to. Here today sign on door says closes at 4. It was 328 to be exact when I walked in. I stood at window for about 20 min while one receptionist is on phone. Trying to be polite and waiting. At 350 nurse comes up to tell a girl sitting in a chair to head to hospital bc they can't do ivs there she then looks at me and says can I help you. I let her know I had been waiting to check in and she let me know they were closed... I let her know that the door sonSays closes at 4 and I had been standing there for over 20 minutes and there and receptionist kept looking over and putting her finger up to me as in like hold on a moment. She said our provider has an emergency and is heading out. I said do you have a nurse practitioner and she said well we actually close at 3 today. So which is it? And as I'm sitting here in the parking lot on hold with MinuteClinic it's 402 the nurses and receptionist are starting to walk out the building

I went to see a Dr. in this facility. I paid 40$ copay, I had a situation of poison ivy. The Dr. who was supposed to see me was Natalie Cooksey. Instead , I was taking care by a nurse. I told my story to the nurse and shared that the same thing occurred last year with another Doctor who made spent unnecessary money in prescriptions and copays. My situation got really worst , but then finally the last thing prescribed was the good one!! So, I told the nurse that I just wanted the very last prescription I had, that she can find it on my medical records. So my nurse said, u201c Iu2019m going to consult it with Natalieu201d . Poor nurse came back with the same waste of money and time prescription from last year...I refused it! Again, she went back to u201c consultu201d the doctor for whom I paid 40$ to see. Finally, I got what I needed ... what really bothers me and make feel VERY upset about it is the fact that my doctor Natalie Cooksey did not care about me at all. She never came to see my arms ,or to oriented me better about treatment... NADA!!nThe two stars are for my diligent nurse!nnPs. The quantity this dr. prescribed since she never went to see me, it wasnu2019t enough, but thanks God I had an amazing pharmacist Mrs. Tracy Agyeman Walmart STAFFORD who contacted the doctor and let her know about it.nnNatalie Cooksey, you have forgotten your Hippocratic oath ud83dude11

Showed up today before the hours of closing to find the doors locked. When someone finally came to the door the lady said they were closed. I showed her the time, which was still before 4 pm, she begrudgingly said Iu2019ll see if thereu2019s a provider available. After waiting a while we finally left. Do they care enough about their own patients to see them during an urgent care type of need? I know service in the Stafford area lacks a lot but should it at a medical facility? Iu2019ll be finding a new provider. Anyone that is considering this place for care should steer away. Horrible.

I saw Lauren Sharp at Primary Care and I am blown away by the care I received at my first appointment with her. She is knowledgeable and she took a lot of time for me. She reviewed some of my medical files to understand my medical history. She is very thorough and caring. I felt extremely comfortable talking to her and I am very happy with the care I received.

Stafford Primary has been my PCP since Iu2019ve moved to VA, and it has been such an added blessing that they also serve as an urgent care. The providers are kind and listen, and Iu2019ve had a positive experience getting seen quickly. My positive experiences have been both in PCP capacity and in urgent care.
