Called here to obtain medical records for an assessment done for my daughter & was bounced around and transferred around without being helped. While on hold, I remembered a key word to add to my google search, and I ended up finding the phone number directly to medical records on my own, after being told by this agency that there was no way for me to speak with medical records, they would have to relay a message, however, I knew I had spoken to medical records previously for an appointment a few months prior. So after being transferred to immunizations records, which was not what I was calling for, I hung up and called the medical records phone number I had found on my own, was connected with them directly, and requested to have a copy of my daughters records prepared for pick up. This agency did nothing but create confusion and didn't take the time to understand what I was requesting, and wasted so much of my time trying to make a simple request. I guess its my fault for calling the wrong place, but they are technically connected, and they could have given me the correct number to call...

The clinic staff are very unprofessional, talks to patient as if talking to they husband or mother. I called couple times being assured by one of the clinic staff that medication is sent to my preferred pharmacy, but when went to pick rx itu2019s not there, calling asking for prescription at the clinic staff tells me itu2019s sent to different pharmacy, asked her call pharmacy that it was sent to call and cancel and send it to my preferred pharmacy, she is telling go pick rx from there or it transferred, when I called the pharmacy that Staff was telling me that was sent and what itu2019s not there either.I do understand that doctors get busy and tend to forget medication right away, but itu2019s the clinic assistant that help doctors job to look in to weather the medication was sent to right pharmacy or not being sent, rather than just assuming that it was sent. Spoke with Glenda she was very unprofessional, screaming on top of her voice trying to prove that patients are wrong, in between making excuses that she canu2019t hear me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Talk about BAD customer service.... this place leaves a lot to ask for. I called ahead of time to see if we can get a copy of my daughters' immunization records and I spoke to Kristie and she would have them ready for us. My husband passed by to pick them up and had me on the phone and the lady at the front desk in office #21 was so rude and not even interested in helping him. My husband offered to have me talk to her stating My wife is here on the phone and she immediately stated I don't take anyones phone obviously he was making more effort in trying to communicate than she was. He definitely needed a translator and instead of getting someone to help she answered in such a condescending tone. THIS IS A PUBLIC AGENCY!!! You should be willing to help any and ALL!

Either everyone wears a mask or nobody wears a mask. If you already had covid regardless of vaccination status you should have immunity now. I think you need to rethink the decision that was just made. Now when people who are are not wearing a mask start getting sick. You will have to think really hard back to the decision that you just made.
