Every time myself or my family comes here we have the best service! Everyone is kind and helpful and seems to really want to help you. We always make an appointment and can usually be seen the same day and without a wait at the appointment time. The front desk and check out desk are very friendly, which can often be difficult in a busy medical office setting. Everyone seems to go above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be and they are quick and efficient every time.

Hands down one of the most friendliest medical offices. Granted there was a wait, but it was busy and I was checked on in a timely manner. The provider Tracey was down to earth and understood how to relate to me. Shannon is a great nurse. Love her will go back if ever in the need. They are fast efficient and friendly you cannot go wrong.

I just had my new patient visit on 04/07 to establish care. I never leave reviews unless the service I receive is unacceptable... however, I received the BEST care yesterday at my appointment!! I only waited at most 20 mins for them to call me back. I absolutely loved my provider, Savannah! She made sure to listen to my concerns & was very transparent & empathetic. I haven't felt this comfortable with a provider in years, so thank you Star Medical team, I appreciate you!

Dr. Emma is truly a remarkable physician. From the moment I met her, she took the time to genuinely listen and made me feel seen and understood. Even though my first visit with her was just two weeks earlier, she remembered me and that meant a lot. I didnu2019t feel like I had to fight to be heard or advocate for myself; she was already on top of everything. I came prepared with a typed summary of my concerns, and instead of brushing it off, she warmly said, u201cThank you! This helps a lot,u201d and even asked for a copy to add to my chart.nnItu2019s been two years since Iu2019ve felt this comfortable with a doctor, someone who not only listens but truly cares. Finding Dr. Emma was such a relief, and I finally feel like I have someone in my corner who takes my concerns seriously.

Edit - I did edit to add a couple of stars on to the original review after getting a phone call with an apology and assurance that the providers were informed about what happened. It was nice to know that they actually care about issues that patients may have and are willing to address them.nnWent in with a rash on one side of my face that was tingling and burning. I was concerned that it was shingles. Was told it was u201cdefinitely not shinglesu201d with no other explanation of what it was. The next day my coworker said u201cthat 100% looks like shinglesu201d but I had been told it wasnu2019t. Then the next day it spread to my eye. Went to a different doctor and they were shocked I was told it wasnu2019t shingles. Unfortunately, if the person who saw me had considered that I was describing classic shingles symptoms I would have had antivirals within the first 72hrs (which is apparently a big deal) and it might not have spread to my eye.
