Went here since I can remember and had my last appointment just recently as I am too old now to go. Doctor has always been caring since I was a kid, sometimes wait is super quick and other times you can be there awhile. Nurses/ assistants are also nice as well, ask how youu2019re doing, etc.

Doctor was good when we started to go see him but then he seemed like he didnu2019t care and when I had called and asked about files being sent to new doctor they sent three out of four and still fighting to get the oldest file and now they are telling me I have to pay to pick it up. Just fax it and we wonu2019t ever speak again.

We just recently switched pediatricians and Dr Younus has been amazing. I have a currently 7m old son and our old pediatrician didnu2019t really care about correctly diagnosing him, with him weu2019ve had not a problem. Our son had 3 different illnesses at once (ear infection, strep and bronchitis) Dr Younus made sure to have us back in his office every couple days to make sure his symptoms were lessening. So far everything with him has been amazing! I plan on going back for a while!

When we first moved to canton from Texas this is where we took our daughters. Long story short we ended up moving to Louisville about 15 miles outside of canton so had to change doctors. Myself and my husband during work attempted to go several times several different days to pick up my kids records and the doors were locked. I finally just two months ago got a hold of someone there and told them Iu2019d e there in 30 minutes. I went to get my kids records and the lady at the front desk literally threw their papers at me and asked me why we were changing doctors and in an extremely rude way told me my kids need physicals. I never felt comfortable and always felt judged here and this final encounter confirmed every decision my husband and I made and how we felt. I know itu2019s tough finding doctors for our sweet angels but donu2019t give up and keep looking. I strongly encourage anyone who is considering stark to look elsewhere. My daughter cried hysterically everytime and even knocked trays down when it came to shots - I took her to her new pediatrician and not one tear was shedded and she was laughing and talking to her doctor. Never felt more comfortable. Do your research.

Dr Younus and his staff are absolutely amazing! He has been my daughters doctor for 14yrs. I am so grateful to have a pediatrician that listens. Makes us feel heard and included in all medical decisions!
