Love this location!nIu2019ve been coming here for years with my children, and the care has always been excellent. On my most recent visit this week, the medical assistant Sabrina was incredibly welcoming, warm, and professional. Nurse Practitioner Trish was amazingu2014she listened carefully and addressed all of our concerns. They checked in my daughter quickly and made us feel truly cared for. Thank you for the continued outstanding service!

Did not have a good experience here. The scheduling process was easy, but unfortunately that was pretty much the only good thing about it.nThis was my first time at this facility. We arrived early to a scheduled appointment and went to check in with the receptionist who only stared at me blankly and pointed at a tablet to indicate thatu2019s how I needed to check in. We waited in the reception area for about 20 minutes before getting called back.nThe person who took my childu2019s vitals seemed uncomfortable and unfamiliar with working with young kids. She didnu2019t interact with him much and didnu2019t explain to him what she was doing. This is very different from our experiences with other pediatric facilities, where the staff tends to be playful and interactive with my children.nWe waited in our room for almost an hour and a half without seeing a provider. After an hour my son started asking why no one was coming to help him, which was a little heartbreaking to hear.nWhen I told the receptionist we were leaving, she informed me that they only had one provider there that day. Understandable, but if thatu2019s the case you shouldnu2019t allow appointments to be made online and you should be upfront about that at the time of check. I would have gladly gone somewhere else to get my son care as opposed to waisting nearly two hours.

The doctor and nurse were too good.nHowever, the front desk lady employee was too rude in her attitude towards our sick daughter. Our daughter was sleeping in the car parked before the Urgent care. I asked the front desk if she could call us on mobile rather than bringing her in as she was sleeping. She said no. After I brought her in the Urgent care, the TV volume was too high. I asked her to reduce the TV volume. She responds that other visitors might need the TV volume. I responded here that there was no one in the Urgent care. She insists that she cannot reduce the TV volume. It was a bad experience with the Urgent care this evening.

To begin the front desk employee and MA or Nurse assisting the doctor were wonderful! So kind and cheery and good with my 2 year old. The doctor how everu2026.absolutely horrid. She did not introduce herself at all. She did a less than 5 minute assessment on my daughteru2019s possible broken collarbone. My daughter was tired and screaming and this doctoru2019s energy was just awful. Due to it being late and us being the last patients in the urgent care it seemed as though we were dismissed and quickly rushed out by the doctor. I donu2019t even know what her name was as she didnu2019t introduce herself but it was a female doctor who seemed to be very unhappy with her job and the fact that my 2 year old was scared and tired. I genuinely, as a critical care nurse who works closely with physicians, would not recommend this place for your children. Which I hate to say because the other staff were so sweet. But the doctor who calls the shots was absolutely terrible and I now have to go get a second opinion at an emergency room to verify with x-rays that my daughter does not have a broken bone.
