*ATTENTION* DO NOT go there unless you want to get judged and not helped! My younger sister went to CityMD this week due to her having a fall and bruising her left eye. Dr. Arzt judged her on her accident and mentioned she had u201ca little too much too drinku201d and laughed and said u201cyouu2019ll be pretty by the summeru201d. In my opinion as healthcare employee myself, having sympathy for patients should be #1. To top it off, she was not even given instructions on how to take care of her bruise nor given an ointment to the least.

Kind compassionate clean Great customer service pleasant environment. People here were so nice, no idea why I was traveling farther. Doctor was terrific, front desk was great, easy convenient, They gave us a detailed document on everything including the medications. Easy call to refill brought in my daughter who had been ill for a few days. Enjoyable experience

I was positively impressed with the efficiency and smoothness of CityMD! The waiting room was immaculate and spacious, the receptionist was friendly and made the simple paperwork a breeze. The 2 intake health professionals put me at ease immediately with their skillful questioning and caring, friendly manner. And the doctor was right on target with her questioning and recommendations. I was completely satisfied with the efficiency and swiftness of this visit and highly recommend this health care facility to everyone! It will be my #1 place for all my future emergency medical needs that may arise.

Staff was friendly but Dr never looked in my ears or throat shouldnu2019t that be done on every visit. What if I have a ear infection that is causing my dizziness and nausea

If I can give this place 0 stars I honestly would. I had to go for a urine drug screening and a TB blood test for a new job. When I arrived I stated I had to use the bathroom and if I could have the cup to go not aware that there was a whole process to it. After providing the first cup, a different person came out and they had told me I had to do it again and if the second time I was unable, they would hold me for 3 hours until I provided a sample due to their front staff not knowing about the process. Thankfully I was able to provide the second sample, however in addition to asking me to remove items from my pocket (this is understandable), they asked me to remove my hair tie from my wrist and my engagement ring to leave in a lock box in the room that they leave unattended. I had felt very uncomfortable about leaving my ring in the box so I had asked if I can bring it out to my sister to hold onto, to which they replied with No. I was already irritated about having to wait considering the front staff should have known that there was an entirely different process for urine samples, but this irritated me even more amongst giving me anxiety about my ring being in a room unattended and surrounded by strangers. Once they had to draw my blood, I had to let the medical assistant know that the tourniquet he put on my arm was way too low and he was never going to get a sample (I am a phlebotomist myself). This whole process was a big waste of time, and the only reason I stayed was it was because it is for a job. I didn't even see the doctor. This was a horrible experience and I would absolutely avoid this location at ALL COSTS!This is also in addition to being here a few months ago when I had strep throat. They had swabbed me for everything told me I was negative and then I proceeded to test positive and wasn't made aware by any of the staff except through my portal after telling me I was negative on everything. This place is the most unethical patient care facility I have ever been to.
