We are snowbirds and needed to see a Dr. for some accute pain management. STAT Urgent care was recommended by Josiah Gonzalez. He put us in contact with Monica who set us with an appointment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The PA-C, James Hansler was very professional and thorough. He made sure he covered all the issues and then perscribed what he thought would be the best and most efficient medication. We saw positive results within a few hours of taking the medication. James followed up with an email, and Monica called us in the evening to make sure we were looked after. We could not have asked for a more accomodating experience. We will be using this clinic for all our needs!!

I was having problems trying to make a doctor's appointment in the Palm springs/Palm desert CA, area. I had called many Drs. offices and clinics due to my having pain iny ear and throat and and was unable to get an appointment. I stopped by STAT Urgent Care on Fred Waring drive in Palm desert, they accepted my Medicare and I was able to make an appointment for me to see Sara the Drs assistant. I was checked out and subscribed prescriptions. They were also able to set up an appointment later to test my a1c and other tests I needed. Sara gave me a phone call to follow up on my results, they are an amazing Drs office and staff if you have medicare and need to see a health practitioner in the Palm springs area. I was very happy with the service/treatment of me. They were also able to help me get a prescription filled out of the area. Awesome staff.

After a knee injury, I was treated by Sara Rismiller, PA, and Dr. Siman promptly and effectively. Great patient care by them and support staff (shoutout to Anna) will keep myself and my family lifelong patients.

I give the doctor himself and the PA a 5! I definitely love them, they are very caring and spend time with their patients and listen to what they have to say. As for the office staff there is one woman in particular that is extremely unprofessional and flat out rude! ANNA needs better training and needs to work on her people skills, I've dealt with her on multiple occasions and each time I've been very upset getting off the phone with her, its almost like she makes you feel embarrassed to tell her whats going on and why you need to see the doctor. If she wasn't staffed at this office i would have given them a 5.

This is the absolute worst doctors office ever! Iu2019ve had 3 bills all filed incorrectly. I have emailed, called, and texted SEVERAL times with no response from billing! Donu2019t bother calling the billing line on the phone menu it automatically declines the call! I am going to have to APPEAL 3 bills with my insurance due to their negligence!! And this is not the first billing issue my family has had with them! BEWARE OF THIS TERRIBLE BILLING DEPARTMENT!!!
