I called in the morning for a severe ear infection and was able to get a same-day appointment (before noon, actually). I was self-pay at the time, and the rate was upfront without hidden fees. The Doctor was really friendly and I wasn't rushed through, but was able to get in and out in less than an hour, which I appreciated because I wasn't in good shape at the time. If you're self-pay, there isn't a better clinic, and I have recommended this clinic to many friends and clients since my visit. I'm super grateful for the care I received, so thank you to the silver-haired male Doctor, you were a gem.

We are so grateful for the incredible care Dr. Hirschfield provided to our 5-year-old daughter after she suffered a cut to her head that required stitches. He was exceptionally kind, patient, and compassionateu2014not only with her, but with us as parents, too. He took the time to explain everything in a calm and reassuring way, and went above and beyond to make sure she was as comfortable and at ease as possible during a very scary moment. Iu2019ve personally been going to Stat One for about 13 years now and I absolutely love them. Dr. Howard and Steve are absolutely great and have always taken good care of me. Prices are very reasonable and they always get me feeling better. Office is always very clean and organized and their wait times are never terrible either unlike some of these larger corporatized med clinics.

Stat one has been the only urgent care I will visit for the past 13 years. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and they treat me like family. The facility is clean & organized and there is hardly ever a wait. If I ever text or call they get back to me extremely fast as well.
