Iu2019ve been coming to this walk-in for a while and have always had great experiences. Iu2019ve even recommended it to friends and family as a reliable, professional place to get care. Thatu2019s why I was really disappointed with my most recent visit.nnI came in with swollen lymph nodes, fatigue, congestion, and mild throat discomfort. The MA was fantasticu2014very friendly and personable, and made me feel comfortable right away. However, when the provider came in, things felt rushed and honestly a little careless.nnHe told me he doesnu2019t u201ctrust strep tests,u201d even though mine came back negative, and diagnosed me with strep throat based on a quick glance from across the room. He didnu2019t use a light, didnu2019t get close enough to actually look at my throat (I donu2019t have tonsils), didnu2019t check my ears, didnu2019t feel my neck for swelling, and didnu2019t listen to my lungs or check my vitals. I left confused and unsure whether the prescribed antibiotics were even necessary.nnThis isnu2019t what I expect from a place Iu2019ve trusted in the past. Iu2019m sharing this because I hope it encourages more thorough care in the future. Patients deserve to feel heard, examined, and confident in their treatment plan, not feeling like I have to come back to make sure what I was given was correct.

Out of all the doctors offices Iu2019ve been to this one is always the most easy going from start to finish. From the front desk girl whou2019s always helpful to the doctor Steve who seems to genuinely care for his patients. Always in and out in a timely manner. The waiting room is never over crowded. Just a good doctoru2019s office. 5 stars.

Urgent care that felt like primary care. This doctor is phenomenalu2014even better than my children's pediatrician. The rest of the staff was way above par, toou2014kind, funny, and patient. We came in because it looked like my seven-year-old had broken his big toe. After he had the x-ray results, the doctor presented a Superman insignia to my sonu2014telling him he must be The Man of Steel since his toe wasn't broken! This is a level of care that you don't normally see in these kinds of facilities.

Outstanding! All online appointments were booked so I just walked in. The front desk girl was sympathetic and explained that the wait would be long which I expected. But the team in the back understood that they had a lot of sick patients in the waiting room and went into double time. The doctor on duty looked exhausted but he and his team did not miss a detail and he did not rush my visit. I very much appreciated how professional and expedient everything went yesterday. I was in and out of there in an hour in spite of the waiting room being very full. Thank you for this level of care.

I needed treatment for a metal sliver deeply embedded in my index finger. The urgent care staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. A special call out for Dr. Christie Robert's. Great bedside manners, answered all my questions and she was very thorough in explaining options and treatments. She was so pleasant - awesome experience!
