I had an appointment at 3 pm Scheduled 1 week ago and got the confirmation msg as well.nWhen i went there the lady said you have no appointment. I showed her the confirmation and they took my id and ask me to wait. I waited there for 30 mins and they never bother that i took off from and waisted my time.nIt happend with me 2nd time. I changed my previous pcp only because i heared good reviewu2019s about this place . But please donu2019t waste your time and money and dont go there. I spoke to the supervisor about this issue and instead of sorry she said i can leave . Not recommended at all . Huge disappointment

1st visit i did was just for regular checkup and i had worst experience with Nao medical, like appointments are not register although i had text message of confirmation.nbut today i visited them in emergency when i sprained my ankle. I was in deep pain and no body paying attention. The person at front desk who was taking my info left us in the middle and went inside and start chatting with doctor for 10 mins. The supervisor is soo rude and simply said you can leave when i ask why no one is taking care of us?nplease don't go there not for urgent help or for primary care evenu06d4 I am going to change my primary care today. very unprofessional and rude people.

The staff here is very respectable and professional. They respect your time. I was seen before my appointment time and was in and out quickly. This place is great for first-timers. I highly recommend it.

This place is absolutely terrible. Itu2019s my first time here, and it will definitely be my last. I had an appointment scheduled for 11 AM, checked in on time, and yet, after waiting for over three hours, I still havenu2019t been seen. The service is extremely slow. MA Monika was nice.nnA word of caution to everyone: they take your copay before you even see the doctor, making it impossible to cancel your appointment if you change your mind. Be aware before coming here!

Great service when booking appointments u2014 they are always prompt! And most importantly, my doctor is incredible; sheu2019s literally changed my life for the better! Could not recommend this place more.
