I give this 4 stars because the NP and back medical staff were excellent. But the front desk person (Laurie I think) was just plain mean to me. Gave opinions not asked for and made me feel terrible for showing up early for an appointment. It isnu2019t posted that they have a lunch hour so I thought going early was a good thing but she made it clear, u201cyou did us no favorsu201d. u201cI wasnu2019t able to eat my lunch.u201d This is an urgent care that takes walk-ins and if they need to close for lunch then do so but donu2019t stay open and make people feel bad. People are sick and really donu2019t want to be there anymore than you want them there. She should not be in this position, greeting sick people with rudeness and unwanted opinions about my decisions. (I said that I was able to walk 5 miles without getting short of breath yesterday but today Iu2019m short of breath from a cold Iu2019ve been fighting). Her response was, u201cwell thatu2019s your problemu2026. You shouldnu2019t have walked yesterday.u201d I found myself justifying my need for exercise and to walk my dog!!! I was on the verge of tears from this awful person. I mentioned it to the NP and her response was that she had someone complain about her earlier too!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Banner Health Urgent Care. I called ahead to confirm that my daughteru2019s sports physical could include an EKG using an existing order from her physician. I was told this would be fine. After waiting over an hour, submitting the paperwork, and paying $40, we were told after the physical exam that they could not perform the EKG unless we did a separate emergency visit u2014 which would cost more and wasnu2019t necessary.nnWhen I asked for a refund, I was told it wasnu2019t possible, despite the misinformation. The front desk staff was unprofessional and rude, even yelling at me instead of acknowledging their mistake. This was a waste of time, money, and completely avoidable with proper communication. I do not recommend this urgent care location.They are scammers and all about Money very unprofessional

I spent $75 for someone to tell me I didnu2019t have Strep throat. They said they didnu2019t think it was COVID because I only had a sore throat. They said they donu2019t do COVID testing there. WHY???? I tested myself 3 days later and it is positive. If they had tested me on the day I went in I may have been able to get a medication (Paxlovid) to ease the illness.

Terrible. Do not go there. They are only interested in a money grab and getting you and your insurance into their system- they do not care about your health and well being. I ended up in the ER days after from a misdiagnosis at this facility - I called them back to get help a couple days after being treated there and they refused to see me without paying another u201cdepositu201d on top of my copay and having top-tiered insurance. Thank God they did this to me as I was able to go to the ER and get the proper help I needed with a proper diagnosis while also being treated respectfully.nnSkip this facility and go somewhere else if you want real healthcare, help and respect.

I had the best experience, definitely a huge contrast to what Iu2019ve heard about Urgent Care in the past.nn1. I was able to make an appointment online and because of that only had to wait in the lobby for about ten minutes. That was amazing because no one wants to sit in a lobby for hours when theyu2019re sick. Also, the lobby was nearly empty.nn2. My NP was compassionate and helpful. She listened to all my questions and didnu2019t make me feel stupid or difficult even though I know I have a lot. She took time with me and I didnu2019t feel rushed at all.nn3. They called me a few days later to see if I needed anything which I so appreciate.
