I absolutely love this Urgent Care. The doctors have been attentive every single time we have come here (and with my large family, that has been a lot over the last few years). They have been thorough and taken care of each and every time we have come wobbling through the doors, ill or injured. Rachel legitimately saved my life, discovering I went septic when two other doctors had missed it. Our families go to for urgent care in Clearwater.

I fell while doing my cardio routine (running stairs) late yesterday afternoon and gashed my left knee. I live in Tampa, but had plans in Clearwater. Drove on over with the blood flow mostly stopped. Got to my friend's home, searched for an urgent care nearby and saw the great reviews for StatMed. Got there about 8 pm, one hour before closing. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, personable and kind. Even though they were at the end of their day, they didn't make me feel rushed in any way. I regret not making note of the names of the extremely helpful woman at the registration desk and the one who cleaned up my leg and got my vitals. Both were great. Jodi took special care to make sure I was completely numb before stitching me up, explained everything I needed to do to care for my wound, what to look out for in the way of infection, when to come back, etc. She is outstanding. It was great to be at a medical practice where the entire staff treated you well and not just like another name on the chart to push on through. This team should do some training for other medical professionals. Though I hope to never need urgent care again, if I do and I am able, I will drive drive from Tampa to Clearwater for treatment at this location. I give this team my highest recommendation.

This place is the real deal! Jodi and the whole staff are genuine, and understanding. I had some stitches done my last visit, and had an excellent experience. The follow up was great, and they really show that they care. Fast forward to my third visit today to check my ear for an infection, and sure enough, the same experience. Super knowledgeable, wonderful group of people!
