They are always so kind, staff is always great. But the last few times I've gone for myself or kids in the past year, there is nothing Express about it. Don't know what happened? Used to be quick and great. The last 3 visits was there over 1.5hrs. And not cause they're busy or the doctor takes a long time with you. Talking 2 other patients waiting and then 6 minutes (yes, I timed it after waiting so long) with the doctor. So disappointing b/c they're so convenient. After the 3rd time experiencing this, I have to assume it's there new norm, and will start visiting another location.

Went in late night for an ankle injury. The staff was more than helpful and pleasant after a crazy day. My X-rays were done quickly, reviewed and assured that there wasn't anything broken. The air cast made walking so much easier and I was out the door in about 45 minutes.

I absolutely love this place. After being here with my 7yr old for the 1st time would not go to any other place. The Doctor was professional accurate and very kind. Every person I have been in contact with was absolutely the best. The men and woman at the front desk will go out of their way to work with you and help you. Even as you are forgetting things they remember even going one step further by looking for you to give you what was left behind.Spotless is the only word to describe the entire place. Comfortable waiting area and very tidy. Not magazines thrown everywhere. Couldn't have been a better vist or care. This is the place you want to take your child to in an emergency.

I had to go to this Urgent Care over a long weekend because I could not get into my regular doctor. I felt completely dismissed by this Urgent Care doctor. When I told him I was in pain, he said to go home and take some tylenol because nothing was wrong. Fortunately, I trusted my gut and went to an emergency room for a second opinion that evening. I ended up being admitted to the hospital for next three days. If you have a simple cold/flu, this clinic might be okay, but if you have anything that strays from the every day diagnosis, I would highly recommend going elsewhere!

Went yesterday after neglecting a significant hip injury for a day (it was a long day). Front desk staff was very kind, and the doctor was reassuring. Though I had arranged an orthopedic appointment for 10 days from the visit, the front desk staff called various locations all over the city for thirty minutes to find me a same day appointment. This led to a same day comprehensive assessment by an orthopedist who suggested treatment that I would not have thought of. It saved me from some potential danger! Thanks you all!
