I was on vacation when I came down with a sinus/ear infection. I was in a ton of pain and ended up being super frustrated after attempting to visit two other urgent cares in Fairbanks. Steese immediate care got me in quickly and the PA I saw diagnosed me quickly and efficiently and sent me on my way with a script for antibiotics. Overall a straightforward experience without too many hoops to jump through. Definitely recommend if you are in need of urgent care.

SAVED MY WHOLE DAY. Amazing attentive receptionist who reopened a little after closing just to make sure I was helped and cared for. She remembered me from multiple occasions and asked how I was doing, truly putting in extra care and effort to insure I had the best experience. As well as my doctor really listening to my problems and getting exactly what I needed to get better. I was completely neglected as a client from a different clinic and Steese took me in and fixed me right up. I will from now on be taking all my medical care to Steese. They restored my faith in the healthcare system. Thank you so very much for helping me truly get better.
