What a wonderful hidden gem! I've passed this clinic many a times but today, I decided to stop in & it was well worth the stop. I was seen right away and as an added bonus they accept my insurance. The receptionist was very personable and friendly.nMy provider, Katherine, was amazing!nShe took the time to speak with me without feeling rushed. She explained things in layman's terms so I didn't get lost in medical rhetoric. She gave a thorough explanation of my diagnoses. I felt confident and comforted that she sincerely wanted to ensure my understanding.nI will definitely return. I'm very meticulous about my health and with whom I trust to assist me with it. Amazing customer service. The Dr was great. But the front end lady taking patients in. (Iu2019m sorry I forgot your name). Was so kind and helpful. They better never let her go (7/10/24) I canu2019t say enough about how gracious and patient she was. We were walk ins and even tho they were busy, they still too us and everything flowed great. No one standing around babbling just work being done as it should. I commend you all there for getting us in and out. I mean this place is a hidden gem for sure.

I'm a returning patient and have brought my children here. The staff have always been pleasant to us and thorough. I usually don't leave reviews but today's experience deserves recognition. A huge thank you to the entire staff, especially the office manager. No need to explain in detail, just know if it wasn't for her I would've went elsewhere for services. Thank you to the NP for being personable and detailed with her knowledge and recommendations. I say all that to say, I got answers to the allergic reaction I was having and now I feel at ease and better.

Dr. Awa is seriously an angel on earth. Iu2019m new to the town and donu2019t have any friends or family here. Last month, my husband was gone for two weeks for a business trip. I was sick for 4 days with low grade fever and yellow/green mucus. It was a struggle just to get to the clinic but when I did I was greeted by a nice assistant. She took my info and got my vitals. My blood pressure was higher than normal. Dr. Awa came in and noticed I was anxious. She calmed me down and told me she would take care of me while my husband was away. She retook my blood pressure and it came back to my normal pressure. She then did her assessment and ran a Covid test. Since it was negative she prescribed me oral antibiotics. She was one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. Iu2019m so thankful for her. I took the antibiotics and felt so much better. Thank you for all that you guys do. Iu2019m so happy to have found a good and caring urgent care.
