I came in late in the day, Iu2019m sure the office staff was ready to wrap things up! I was so grateful for that because I had been sick all week, and couldnu2019t get into my primary care doctor. I have nothing but compliments for the way my case was handled. I was not rushed, and was well taken care of. I would highly recommend Sterling Heights urgent care.

I went in not knowing they close at 9pm instead of 10pm & they were still able to check me and helped me with everything I needed! Staff was so nice and the doctor was well educated! I highly recommend this urgent care!

The visit was rushed. Staff barely communicated, and the doctor spent less than a minute with me. Even the nurse who took my blood pressure appeared unfamiliar with how to do it properly and gave me an outrageously high result. When I checked it again at home, my blood pressure was completely normal, which tells me it was done incorrectly at the clinic. A prescription was written incorrectly, and when I called back for help, I was met with rudeness and zero accountability.nThe front desk staff were dismissive and condescending, i called at 10:27am (Mind you they open at 10:00am) and the doctor wasnt even in yet the unprofessional nurse, which her name was Mariam was saying things like u201citu2019s not our problemu201d and u201cthis isnu2019t an emergency.u201d When I spoke the nurse, Mariam, she offered no solution and was equally unhelpful. Then I received a call from Dr. Karishma Walvekar, who hung up on me mid-conversation. When I called back, I was told she refused to assist me due to my u201cattitude,u201d even though I was simply expressing frustration over their mistake and the doctor REFUSED to send the correct prescription to the pharmacy. I left feeling completely disrespected and unheard. The way this office handles patients is unacceptable. I have filed a formal complaint with the state regarding Dr. Walvekaru2019s unethical conduct. I genuinely feel like this doctor abused her authority as a form of retaliation after their mistake and now I have to sit in discomfort because of her negligence. No patient should ever be treated this way!!! NEVER GO HERE!

I visited Sterling Heights Urgent Care today due to severe pain that kept me up all night. Maryam , the front desk person was kind and welcoming. Dr. Al Jarrah was excellentu2014he quickly diagnosed my condition and provided immediate relief. He was thorough, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciate his care and professionalism.

This place sucks. They're slow , they make you wait all damn day when theirs NO other patients. The girls behind the desk are at the age where they've been brainwashed by social media and phones so they don't have any patience or friendly to patients. Shoot, if I was in a bad mood at my job I'd fake being nice to people cause that's how it should be. I'd rather you fake being nice and smile then act like the spoiled brats they've been raised to be cause they hate working and would rather be on their phones. You can see it with that generation. They just don't care, it's a completely lost generation and I blame social media or anti depressants. The doctor makes you wait over an hour , sometimes an hour and a half. This is honestly a clown show at this location. Pathetic.
